GoogleGoing through this process as a first year uni student seemed almost too stressful to handle. However, Charlotte and her team made the process so much easier to handle and gave us all the information we needed. She was very helpful and kind, would highly recommend using Enfields Winton.

GoogleI was a student tenant with Enfields letting agents. We had received a deposit deduction that we disagreed with. After informing Enfields of this and more specifically Michael Davies, the agent responsible for our tenancy, they were more than happy to reasonably discuss these issues with us and come to a fairer resolution! GoogleGot a year student house, paperwork was quick and on time. They kept messaging me saying it hadn't been signed when the paperwork had been. Very over priced for a student houses i.e. deposit and service fee.
Ben, Thank you for taking the opportunity to review your experience. We are happy to hear that you received your paperwork quickly and on time. Regarding your feedback about messages relating to unsigned paperwork I can confirm that we use an online e-signature website to ensure important documentation relating to your tenancy is signed in an efficient and timely manner. You would normally be required to sign an average of four different documents prior to moving in and as soon as each document is signed the website blocks any further communication regardless of whether any of your other housemates have not signed or not. We have shared your feedback with the website provider who confirm you would only receive continues emails chasing if you had not signed the actual document. We will certainly monitor this and were sorry to read of your disappointment. In relation to costs involved in renting a student house please note that our administration fees are advertised online and we go through these prior to you renting any property. Having compared fees with other local agents our fees are fair and reasonable and cover all administration work prior to you moving in including referencing checks. My understanding is that you rented a five bedroom student house at a rental price of £1825.00 and the deposit you and your housemates paid was £1925.00. This deposit amount is no different to any other deposit amount you would be expected to pay at the rent this property was set. We hope to be able to help you find accommodation in the future and remain on hand to assist in any way we can.

GoogleEnfields are very good at finding me lovely tenants. I know who to speak to if I have any queries about my property or tenants and Michael is very friendly and efficient. I have also used their sales team who are very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enfields and I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleI have been in contact with many estate agents, (most lack any form of honesty, and are commission hunting ) Though my experience with Charlotte at Enfields has been great, quick replies on email. Viewing she has all the information you would want to know written down, and has only sent me properties that meet my requirements. If I do end up going through Enfields I will update my review with how the process went.

GoogleI was so impressed with Enfields. They are very efficient. They always answer calls, phone back when they say they will and do all those little things that need doing to keep the sale moving. Our agent Lucy even drove to and fro collecting documents and emailing them on the sellers behalf etc which is amazing. GoogleBeing first time buyers you never know what to expect and having dealt with many estate agents in the Bournemouth area we had almost lost hope in finding a property that ticked all the boxes. Enfields were fantastic right from the first call! From previous experience we were quite apprehensive to the service we would receive following offer being accepted however Lucy and the team have completely changed our opinions, by providing such an excellent and personal service. We have been provided with regular updates by Lucy throughout the process which makes you feel really valued by the them. Thank you to each member of the team that has helped us on our journey. GoogleBeen renting with Enfields for a year as a student, my property manager was Kate and she has been fantastic all year and dealt with any problems we had as soon as we brought them up. All the staff have been great, I have just been looking for a new property to rent and they have all been incredibly helpful and have found us an amazing property.
