Liz who looked after the paperwork and liaised with us on moving in dates was so helpful and provided great customer service with my many last minute questions and concerns. Alex was also kind enough to meet me at the property so I could take some measurements prior to us moving in. I have already recommended Enfields to our previous landlord to support him a sale and friends who are looking to rent. The stress of moving has been somewhat eased by this agencies professional approach.

I have dealt with Lisa, Michael and Sam, they are very professional and kind, it is always a pleasure to work with them. I must say all properties where I ran electrical inspections and pat testing are well maintained. Where a fault or non-conformity was found, remedial actions and improvements have been promptly arranged with Enfields and subsequently undertaken.

GoogleI have had a flat rented out through Enfields for several years and have always found them very helpful, efficient and friendly. I first came across them when my daughter was looking at flats to buy. Although she bought in the end through someone else, when subsequently I had a very bad experience renting out my flat through another local agent, I remembered how helpful Bethany had been and so went back to them. Estate agents as a breed do not always have the best reputation, but I can honestly say that I have liked everyone I have dealt with at Enfields. Currently I have most contact with Michael, who has been consistently helpful and efficient and I'm grateful for all his help.

GoogleFrom a renting point of view I can highly recommend Endfield's. Every item on the rental checklist is actioned on time. The inspections are carried out at the correct intervals, with anything of note being passed onto everybody. Also like that plenty of notice given prior to booking inspection. They also are good at really matching client to available property e.g if stairs or parking needing consideration.

One of our favourite elements of our business is helping students throughout their stay in Bournemouth and we know there may be miscommunication here in terms of fees and your deposit. The only fee required when you reserved your home was the administration fee which we advertised online. We also run through the lettings process prior to you reserving the property and note you signed a form confirming you have read and understood what is required. Your deposit was lodged in a government scheme ensuring that the process at the end of your tenancy is fair. Should you have had any disagreements with your landlord about the deductions the scheme gives each party the opportunity to provide evidence before making a final decision.
