GoogleI wish to say a big thank you to all staff at Enfields in Pontefract for their part in helping to make this house sale happen. There have been dark moments when the first potential sale fell through and the sense of despair that followed. However,everything has turned out good in the end and as a family we are so pleased that what was our home now belongs to another lovely family who cherish it. An extra big thanks must go to Joanne for her patience and resilience, who throughout the whole process has followed up every stage in the process of the sale and kept us informed at all times.

GoogleRosie has just begun her apprenticeship at Enfield’s and this wasn’t even noticeable. She has done everything to reassure us and kept us up to date with the process for renting our first home and we greatly appreciate her enthusiasm and efforts to satisfy us!! It has become clear through the short time that Rosie has helped, from viewing to application, that she is developing strongly in her new role. The other staff were also very reassuring and positive and quick to answer any queries we held. The service here was extremely commendable and I’d like to thank all the staff who assisted for making the process as stress free as possible. Strongly recommend!!X

GoogleDuring the time that our house was up for sale the Enfields team have been nothing but excellent. Regular updates and communication with ourselves and the buyers. Frustratingly we had a couple of people pulling out of nearly completed sales but the team still pushed on with viewings sometimes even out of their own working hours. Thankyou for an excellent job and look forward to working with you on. future projects :-)

Sophie was so helpful, keeping us updated with new properties to view until she managed to find us our home. The sale was then passed to Joanne who has been so helpful also. They all work together professionally and get the job done , taking the stress out of the huge job of moving home . I would recommend them without hesitation to anybody . GoogleI really needed an estate agents that would go that extra mile as selling from a distance - from the valuation visits I got that feeling straight away from Enfields - listed the house very quickly in time for Xmas and an offer made on the property very quickly afterwards. They were very proactive and helpful throughout the whole process - never took their foot off the gas and helped with clearing the property right to the final meter readings! So glad that I went with them - they seemed to care about what they do and the property I was selling more than any of the other agents I saw . Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMe and my partner were looking for a place to rent for ages since it’d be our first home together and we obviously wanted it to be as perfect as possible. When we found a property with Enfields we immediately contacted them to book a viewing, since the property was absolutely stunning. Now we are in progress of filling in all the necessary paperwork and if everything goes well,- were moving in at the beginning of January. The bottom line is,- guys in Enfields are super nice, honest and helpful. If it is your first property they will no doubt guide you through the process and suggest the best option. I’m very happy we chose Enfields and would 100% suggest them.

GoogleI recently bought a property through Enfields (completed today!) and have been very impressed with their level of service. From the initial viewing to completion they have been extremely professional and reliable. I was given a named contact at the start of the process and Freya has been excellent - pushing both sets of solicitors and really driving the process forward. She really kept me in the loop which was much appreciated as it meant I did not have to chase her for information.

GoogleBought our house through Enfields and from offer to completion, it took 12 weeks. Very quick and easy process and as first time buyers, we have found this extremely helpful. Solicitors that were recommended by Enfields were also brilliant so all in all, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Googleif you are a foreigner don't waste your time calling them, they won't rent you a thing, because they don't like foreigners. they will lie to you saying that is "gone" but you will see the property still online for weeks because they don't rent to foreigners, just to Brits......
