GoogleRented off them for 2 yrs perfect service louise mainly went above and beyond to help with any issues to the point spent her whole weekend dealing with a water leak that she managed to get fix and resolved knowing i had children. Moved out of a property and again she made the process stress free and gave great advice same as Morgan.

GoogleAs a seller the experience was always positive. Sam and Shaun were in contact with me throughout the process and always happy to chase things and update me regularly. Decent service and absolutely no complaints. I would use them again.

GoogleBeing a first time buyer, I had very little knowledge of what to expect when purchasing a property, compared to experiences I had with other agents, Enfields were a class above. I was dealing with Sam and his calm nature and his knowledge put me at ease and that made me trust him. I had a great experience using Enfields and would certainly use them in the future.

GoogleEnfields were great when selling my property. Despite the survey issues, Sam and Shaun were excellent in keeping my buyer and pushing for an exchange. I would certainly recommend them on their knowledge alone.

GoogleHad our flat on with multiple agents and Enfields had no problem with this, as they were so confident in their service and they proved why. Enfields were the only agents to get viewings and got us a buyer. The staff always kept us updated, were professional throughout and put us onto an equally professional solicitors. GoogleI am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience selling my house with Enfields. From listing my property to moving into my new home took exactly three months, with an offer accepted in a week! All the team there were really helpful, keeping me up to date every step of the way. It was the first time I've sold a property so was a bit nervous at first, but they took away the stress. So glad I used a real estate agent instead of an online agent.

GoogleEnfields did a grand job selling my fathers property for us, they were always on top of things and keeping me informed at all time. They gave me a minimum of once a week updates and chased the solicitors on both side to make sure we completed on time. I would highly recommend Enfields to anyone. Thank you for your services. GoogleI'm very pleased I selected Enfields for the sale of my property. The process was very efficient, from Will valuing the property, Jamie showing people round, Sam handling offers, and then Shaun chasing the whole chain through to completion. They were very quick to get people through the door and I had an acceptable offer on the table within a few days. While I considered an online estate agent, Shaun's chasing alone made their services worth every penny. If I was still in the area, I'd happily use them again.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Enfields. The service from the initial valuation through to the day of completion was thorough and professional. Kevin kept us up to date throughout the whole process and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always received answers quickly whenever we had a question. We cannot fault the service provided and would highly recommend Enfields to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bitterne area.

Answering all our questions thoroughly and explaining the process and giving us frequent updates. The team were very easy to talk to and build a rapport with.
