GoogleHad our flat on with multiple agents and Enfields had no problem with this, as they were so confident in their service and they proved why. Enfields were the only agents to get viewings and got us a buyer. The staff always kept us updated, were professional throughout and put us onto an equally professional solicitors. All the team there were really helpful, keeping me up to date every step of the way. It was the first time I've sold a property so was a bit nervous at first, but they took away the stress. So glad I used a real estate agent instead of an online agent.

GoogleEnfields did a grand job selling my fathers property for us, they were always on top of things and keeping me informed at all time. They gave me a minimum of once a week updates and chased the solicitors on both side to make sure we completed on time. I would highly recommend Enfields to anyone. Thank you for your services. GoogleI'm very pleased I selected Enfields for the sale of my property. The process was very efficient, from Will valuing the property, Jamie showing people round, Sam handling offers, and then Shaun chasing the whole chain through to completion. They were very quick to get people through the door and I had an acceptable offer on the table within a few days. While I considered an online estate agent, Shaun's chasing alone made their services worth every penny. If I was still in the area, I'd happily use them again.

GoogleMy roommates and I, all uni students, rented a house for next year with Enfields. There was some miscommunication at the beginning that delayed our viewings by a few days, but we managed to call and book another. Megan, the agent we were with, was nice and constantly helpful throughout the viewings and all the houses they showed my group were amazing! They helped us out tremendously with the paperwork side of things, and it was a mostly streamlined, easy process. I would rent with them again.

GoogleIf you’re looking for a house to rent for uni, DO NOT go with enfields. Never had such a bad experience with a company before. They’ll make you pay endless amounts of fees, charge you an arm and a leg for a horrible smelly and dirty house. Make you pay to clean the house that should be clean in the first place! Honestly they’ll try and charge you for anything. The amount of money you pay you’d expect the house to be clean when you arrive! The actual estate agents are not friendly and not helpful. Originally we signed a house before they’d even checked it with the council lol, and then the day before we left uni for the year they rang and said we couldn't have that house. No help to find another. No compensation. Honestly it’s not worth the stress and hassle! Go elsewhere or go into halls as they won’t mess you around like these money hungry vultures. Not a good word to say about this company I’m afraid and trust me I’m not alone, majority of students HATE this company! They think they can walk all over students and that’s disgusting.

GoogleAfter recently experiencing an electrical fault with our dishwasher and further issue upon installation of a new one Kate has gone out of her way recently to listen to the concerns about how the engineer left the state of my property and broke a cupboard and tap. Despite my frustrations Kate is always so kind and helpful and has ensured I’ve been kept up to date on the progress, she even arranged a plumber the same day I raised my concern which was fabulous. She is such a great member of the team in Winton and I always know she’ll resolve anything I bring to her attention. Thanks Kate, always a pleasure dealing with you!

GoogleI put my property on the market with purple bricks back in April 2019. In the 9 months that they marketed my property I had 3 viewings one offer that fell through that I was not informed of until I made a call to them. I switched agents to Enfields at the start of 2020 and within 2 weeks had more viewings in the whole 9 months with Purple bricks and even better an accepted offer. The communication from all at Enfields is second to none and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of selling to use them.

GoogleWe have just sold a property through Enfields and are very happy with the service we received. Our property had been on the market with different estate agents who had not found us a buyer. Very shortly after listing our property with Enfields, Jonathon found us a buyer. Though there were issues along the way, Jonathon kept in touch by both phone and email so that we were always kept in the loop.
