We have purchased our very first home, Louise Carr at the branch had kept us and the owners up to date throughout the Covid 19 situation. I asked Louise if she could liaise with the owners at the time of lockdown if they allowed us sometime to review our situation. (something we will never forget). Louise and the owners were very understanding and accommodating and when the time was right, everything went so smoothly and quite quickly as well. I will see you soon to collect our keys for our new home. Louise and George had also recommended Mortgage adviser, Solicitors and insurance too. This was so perfect for us as it was under one umbrella and so convenience. The communication was impeccable I mean, everyone was on the same page. (I was nervous about this as I had bad experience with other companies.) I must say in the future these will be my go to guys. I wish you all a safe 2020 and may you exceed in your careers. Enfields Bitterne acted on the sale of my mothers retirement property. They were very helpful in advising on the marketing and arranging viewings. They were excellent in managing what became a protracted transaction (even before C-19) and moving the chain along even when the other online agents were not helpful. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional but Kevin Ashley stood out : always friendly and positive. We used Enfields to sell our first home and buy our family home. I cannot recommend Enfields highly enough. The service they provided was top quality and excellent value for money. They were very responsive throughout the process and always kept us updated as to what was going on. We never had to chase for any information, which is particularly valuable as you can feel quite powerless prior to exchanging contracts etc. Kevin Ashley deserves particular mention. if it wasn't for his efforts to communicate with and organise the rest of the chain, I imagine we would still be sitting on our old house!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

He helped us through the whole process, made sure that all parts involved answered and worked in a timely manner. Enfields Bitterne have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I sold my house recently, they were extremely quick to get my property on the market and find me a buyer. I can't thank Daryl and Kevin enough, as both have been so professional, helpful and dedicated. A special thank you to them for keeping the momentum going during lockdown and getting the sale completed as soon as it was possible. They may not be the cheapest agency, but the level of service you get is worth it, I highly recommend them.

I moved into my property let by Enfields last August and had Kate Hughes as our property manager. I haven’t had many issues with the property but the few problems that have occurred, Kate has always been efficient in answering our emails and always gives 100% to try and resolve our problems straight away. Kate has always been extremely professional, polite and nice to all of the tenants and is the main reason for our positive experience with Enfields :)

The team and management at Enfields Pontefract were excellent from start to finish. A very experienced, professional team who provided great advice when I was looking to sell my house and what price to sell at. As soon as the house was put up for sale I was getting viewings, not just any viewings but the people who came had been vetted beforehand by the team at Enfields Pontefract to ensure they were genuine buyers. Once an offer had been accepted the team were great in keeping me updated on the progress, right up to the completion day. A great company who I would use again and have and will continue to refer them to others.

Time wasters! Not really worth dealing with people who can't manage their own worktime and deliberately wasting other people time especially now ! Poor attitude ,poor attention to details and only hard sale !I am taking my business elsewhere without a single blink of an eye !
