GoogleHad a great experience us in Enfields over the last couple months. I spoke with Jack told him what sort of property I wanted and he found me one within the same day. The process was quite tricky but Jack was always there at the end of the phone evenings, weekends to make sure everything was in place for a smooth process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Appreciate all his help and I will be forever using him going forward.

GoogleI’ve just sold my property with Enfield Parkstone and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from Jack F. He’s been amazing from start to finish, super helpful, always on the ball, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was spot on the whole way through, and he made the whole process so much easier than I expected. If you’re looking to sell and want someone who actually cares and gets things done, contact Enfield and speak with Jack . Highly recommend.

His communication was spot on, always keeping me updated and explaining everything clearly. He’s also really easy to get along with, which makes such a difference. GoogleBuying a house is supposed to be stressful, endless calls, unanswered emails, and paperwork that feels like it was designed to test your patience. But with Enfields Poole, the whole experience felt less like a headache and more like a well-orchestrated adventure. Jack and Kayleigh were absolute legends. Their replies came faster than my coffee machine in the morning, and they somehow managed to make even the dullest legal jargon sound reassuring. When our solicitor decided to move at the speed of a snail on holiday, Enfields swooped in like superheroes, chasing updates and keeping everything on track. Honestly, without them, we’d probably still be waiting for a reply that says, “We’ll get back to you shortly.” By the time we got the keys, it didn’t feel like just a transaction, it felt like we’d been carried across the finish line by a team who genuinely cared. Now instead of chasing paperwork, we can finally argue over paint colors and whether the sofa should face the TV or the window. Enfields Poole aren’t just estate agents; they’re the Wi-Fi signal you wish your solicitor had, strong, reliable, and always there when you need them. ⭐ 5/5, Highly recommended!

GoogleI wanted to sing the praises of the 2 Rachel's at Enfields, but in particular; Rachel Clark. She is an asset to the Enfields business and probably their most valuable employee. Her professionalism, approach to everything and communication whilst navigating the turbulent journey of 2 different flat purchases, has been extraordinary. She's made everything so easy and understandable with no ask to big or small. Thanks for everything!

GoogleRachael has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She’s been incredibly supportive, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to chase up every question and update along the way (our transaction wasn't the easiest!!). Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her friendly, proactive approach really helped to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or professional agent, highly recommend!

GoogleHaving had bad experiences with estate agents before I know how stressful things can be during a sale. Enfields and in particular Rachael Clark have been a breath of fresh air. From great communication at the beginning - coordinating viewings with a whatsapp group - to Rachael being an absolute pro coordinating the sale and chain. Couldnt reccomend them enough

He was really easy to talk to, super friendly, and made the whole process fun. He showed us loads of great properties that matched what we were looking for. GoogleIt's been almost three months since my daughter moved out of a student rental home in Crichel Road. All four tenants are still waiting for the return of their deposit or at least some news on it. Shocking lack of communication throughout the tenancy and when faults were reported, they were extremely slow in sorting them out. Particularly with the boiler when it was winter; the tenants had no heating had to take cold showers for a while. Appalling service and Landlord.

GoogleAbsolutely poor customer service! Would give 0 star if i could, moved out of our rented house in beginning of August and we still have no update regarding our deposit and its now a few days away from November. Staff and property manager give excuses every time we call and don't reply to emails so unprofessional and unacceptable.

GoogleWe had a great experience with our estate agent James, and would recommend, from the Bournemouth branch. He was lovely and helpful, he helped us find the exact house we wanted and managed to book us in for viewings the next day. We now have a house and are sorted for our next year at uni!
