I moved with Enfields (Southampton Shirley branch) in December 2020. I couldn’t recommend them more they handled both the sale of my property and purchase of the new property. All staff involved from our valuation (which was straightforward and honest), viewings (timely and polite staff), completion of sale and purchase were extremely professional and efficient. Which is even more remarkable considering the overwhelmed market and new Covid restrictions to abide by. Sam who managed the completion and everything involved was especially helpful and couldn’t of done anything more. I would certainly go back to Enfields Shirley for my next move and would strongly recommend them to others. Many thanks Enfields!

Sam managed the sale of my sisters property following her death. Although buyers were found very quickly the probate was complicated and drawn out. Through his management of the sale the original buyers were retained. He made sure all parties were kept up to date with the process through to a successful sale 10 months later. I have nothing but praise for his work.

Dear Richard, It is such a shame that you have chose to dispute the withdrawal fee you have to pay having changed your mind after we had carried out all the checks, photographs, brochure details etc etc, especially after we sold the same property of yours in 2018 which you then decided not to sell after 2 years of having our branch owner out numerous times after closing hours of the office. Unfortunately for you, all agents have a withdrawal clause in their contracts to protect them from other agents stealing their properties and also to prevent time wasters however for a seller, it is there for you to be able to change your mind within 14 days. However, you waived the right to change your mind without a small fee payable when you signed that part of the agreement.

My partner and me were looking for a 2 bedroom flat in Bournemouth area. We found this lovely property online, and after sending the application, we got a call from Greg who was very friendly and gave us all the details. We arranged the viewing (all measures for COVID were taken, masks, hand sanitiser etc) and we had a lovely chat. He helped us to find the place, good communication and fair price. Enfields are the selling agent for the property we are purchasing and have been fantastic from start to finish. Charlotte and Louise have been excellent at keeping us updated. Everyone we have dealt with at Enfields has been professional and friendly. Later in the process, Louise has been incredibly proactive and gets things done with no hanging about. Keeping in touch regularly and being a fantastic point of contact for us. I credit Louise with keeping our sale and purchase going and making sure everyone knew what was happening.

Bought our first home with Enfields and would definitely use them again in future. Jordan was really helpful and knowledgable when we first viewed the property and Louise was fantastic and kept us updated throughout, even going the extra mile to help when things were going wrong further up the chain. Some other local estate agents have been useless (naming no names) but would definitely recommend Enfields in future!

After student accommodation and the hassle of dealing with student let’s, myself and my partner moved into our first property through Enfields and had a very good experience, with prompt replies, work done where needed and positive attitudes each time, even during quarantine. This was an amazing improvement over what we had experienced with other agencies in the area, and that is why I wanted to add this review to help others come to Enfields and avoid those agencies out there scamming and ripping off students and everyone else. 10/10 for EnfieldsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
