GoogleA huge thanks to Sam for his support in the sale of my flat (4 years after also doing a great job in assisting with my purchase!). With the market so busy at the moment it was difficult to get the full picture from our solicitors but Sam kept us informed and up to date weekly with progress and advice on timescales and likely next steps. He managed our expectations whilst remaining professional and honest. We had some difficulty communicating with our onward chains estate agents so Sam went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t left in the dark. GoogleI do not recommend this agency to anyone. Today I had a visit scheduled for 12:30 pm, I was at the place scheduled 10 minutes earlier. I waited 15 minutes after the appointment until I decided to call the agency to see if something was wrong with the woman who was going to show us the house. Behold, when I call the agency I am told that my visit was at 12:15pm and that she should have already left to which I replied that it was not possible because I had received two messages confirming my visit at 12:30pm. Lack of organization and professionalism, I will never go here again.NegativeProfessionalism
