We have recently sold a house in the Fair Oak area through Enfields and received a first class service throughout the process. The person who mainly dealt with transaction was Luan, who was professional and efficient at all times resulting in the smooth and rapid sale of our property despite current restrictions caused by the pandemic. We would definitely recommend Enfields to anyone considering buying or selling a house in the Eastleigh area.

I've just sold my property this time, with the help of Luan. Although a long process in these covid times the Enfields team offered great communication and support offering much needed advice and liaising with solicitors. They been excellent. Nikki and the team helped us manage our rental property for almost 4 years. There pricing was very competitive from the start and their customer service was always perfect. Although living abroad we always confident that the property was in great hands.

Great team, very knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no-one ever made us feel like we were rushed or asked too many questions. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I just moved house and enfields were the agents for the property i was buying and i was so impressed with their service. They were always happy to help no end and pushed hard on the chain to keep things moving. They were honest and upfront at every stage and far superior in attitude and performance than the estate agents i used to sell my property who were absolutely appauling. I really wish i could have paid my comission to enfields instead as they did so much more for me than my agents. If i was ever to sell my property in the future i would definitely use enfields and avoid the normal high street chains who just don't care about their customers. Luan was my main contact and she was absolutely excellent. First class service!

Very impressed with the continued contact and assistance provided for the purchase of our new home - Luan in particular bent over backwards to help on several occasions and made sure we were always kept in the loop throughout the whole process.

Look I cannot compare them with other estate agents so I assume there all as bad an obscene amount of money for very little work infact I had to go into there office to give my keys up stats more work than they did I'm never moving again

Hi, Mr Newman, I am really sorry this is how you feel. Myself and the team are really disappointed to read this as we sold your house within 3 weeks of going to market and for a higher price than you originally wanted. On top of that I personally spent 6 months negotiating the sale progression and keeping your buyers happy waiting for you to find. I also contacted caravan parks on your behalf to try and arrange your alternative accommodation. With regards to the keys, because of the way completions work it is not logistically possible for an estate agent to collect from a homeowner, this is standard within the industry. Despite your review, we are happy for you and your buyer that we managed to keep the sale together and help everyone move. The past year has been challenging to say the least but we will continue to try our very best to provide everybody with the best service possible. Regards Joanne
