I would like to write a review due to our most recent home visit as we are renting a property with Enfields for 1 year now. We are very happy with the service and Heather came to our home regarding some small concerns we had, she contacted the landlord and took appropriate actions to get this sorted as we had a plumber coming to our house very quick. Heather was very empathic and listened all our concerns, she is a great asset to the company.

Enfields have taken the stress out of selling my property. Every one I have spoken to there has been courteous and helpful. Most of my contact has been with Jess. It is always a pleasure to speak to her. Always efficient, incredibly helpful and totally professional. I cannot recommend Enfield’s highly enough. I am so pleased I chose them to sell my house. The property that I live in is managed by Enfields, they have done an amazing job in the past year. I have to say a special thanks to Heather since she became the property manager of the flat where I lived she managed to sort out some small problems very quickly. She answers all our queries in a short time, which is amazing.

Mike at enfields was difficult to negotiate with and he never took the house off the market like he said he would once we offered. His manner could have been more professional.

Shockingly unprofessional. Openly tries to encourage bidding wars on properties, even after an offer has been accepted. Buyer beware. I thought gazumping had stopped. The agent should just offer the vendor a modern day auction if this is what you're really offering. Although, your not Ebay are you Jamie @ Enfields. Hope the chain breaks down or the new buyers can't get a mortgage. Interestingly, 48% of properties are being over valued by agents and subsequently re valued by mortgage companies and then the sale breaks down.

We have just exchanged on a house bought through Enfields Estate Agents Hythe. Without going into details, the process was a nightmare. Chris Kerr however has been outstanding throughout. The support, advice, communication and the guidance we received from Chris, Jamie and the team has been brilliant.
