I have let two of my properties through Enfields and I have been super impressed with the communication and service. Louise has personally dealt with my lettings and she has always been really helpful and efficient, nothing has every been too much trouble . I must also mention Emily and Nathan who have assisted with both of my lets. Additionally, Enfields have charged really reasonable rates and have always aimed to make sure that my property is protected and I am supported as a landlord. I will be using them for sourcing all my tenants in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Genuine, honest & actually helpful: When we were looking in the area, the team were genuine, helpful and extremely professional. The expertise and honesty was incredibly refreshing and I'd highly recommend anyone to use Enfields when looking for a property. Enfields have just sold my apartment and I cannot praise the company enough. Jessica was fantastic, giving me weekly updates on the progress of the sale and nothing was too much trouble if I had any queries. I would highly recommend Enfields.

From start to finish Jess from Enfields has been an absolute super star, there’s nothing I can fault about how she’s helped us throughout our time while purchasing our first home together. I had regular contact via phone calls and emails, where she’s kept us up to date with everything. Couldn’t recommend anyone more than Jess, and the Enfields team; they are 100% the people I’d encourage anyone in the Bournemouth area to go to. I would rate them higher if it was possible!!!

One of the worst agencies in Bournemouth area for communication. I have called more than 10 times for different properties, sent an enquiry on rightmove, left tonnes of messages but not a single call back or email. They always have an excuse. Either someone is off sick with covid or they receive 100s of calls as if They run the busiest agency in town. No respect whatsoever. You miss the chance of viewing the property and on top They dont even notify you that the property is taken. They like keeping it as available on rightmove even tho its under offer. Unethical allover

Good agents but can be a bit hit and miss with the service. Numerous phone calls not answered and then when I had booked a viewing for a flat I received no details or updates thereafter and hence the viewing didn’t go forward. After this however I had no problems after contacting a different agent who helped brilliantly.

Our 18 daughter is moving to Bournemouth as part of an apprenticeship degree. Not knowing the areas Amy from Enfields showed us found some options and went out of her way to show a property that wasn’t on the itinerary but was perfect. Thanks for your help - a relieved parent!

I chose Enfield because they were rated amongst the top local estates agents in Winton and they have certainly lived up to their reputation. Greg who oversaw the photographing, producing the brochure and arranging the viewings is very energetic, competent and thorough in getting us just the right buyer. I recommend Enfield highly

The worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - it took 6 months of battling with our landlord to get our deposits back and they were zero help. Contacted them frequently about mould issues, heating issues, and structural issues and everything took months to get sorted if it got sorted at all. I don’t know how they treat the average person looking to buy but if you’re a student and/or renting, avoid them at all costs.

Didn’t end up buying through Enfield's simply because the property I went for was listed with another agent, but having previously had a viewing and further contact with Sophie regarding my property search, I found her to be helpful, friendly and professional every time. I especially feel like she listened to my feedback after viewings and so would have been along the right tracks with property suggestions had my search continued.

My wife and I were first time buyers and Sophie Buontempo was very helpful and accommodating when showing around the property we viewed. While we ended up with another estate agent, I would highly recommend them for their friendliness and customer service.
