GoogleI was recommended to use Enfields, and I am so glad that I did. Selling the family home due to personal stressful circumstances , is never easy. However from the first phone call to the Branch at Bitterne I knew I was in the best possible hands. Jamie did the valuation, he explained the process and everything perfectly, I was never rushed , and more importantly I was not given the hard sell, it was this that convinced me to go with Enfields. The viewings were always very well organised and went without any hiccups . My dealings with Jamie, Jordan, George, and Charlotte were always professional, reassuring and friendly. Louise Carr, well what can I say, Perfection personified. Nothing was too much trouble, again very reassuring, held my virtual hand throughout the whole process, took control of the whole situation when the odd hiccups appeared, made me feel that she cared, always went the extra mile , in fact helped me secure a rental property when I was struggling to find one. On top of that , even though having to sell the family home due to personal circumstances is hard, Louise’s humour kept me going. I look forward to a new start in life and this was made so much easier because of Louise and the Enfields team. So take a bow all at Enfields Bitterne I thank you from the bottom of my heart . They were incredibly knowledgeable, responsible and excellent communicators. They guided me step by step from beginning to end. I couldn't get mortgage without Joe's help. Without Matthew's negotiation with and pushing every party involved, my purchase couldn't be completed on time. From start to finish in our house sale they were friendly, responsive, solution-focused and most importantly empathetic in their communications with us. GoogleI found Enfields Estate Agents are very professional and same time like a family members to each others. They are friendly and helpful. Jonathan is wonderful man. He knows about Bournemouth and he is easy to talk to and he keps his promises! When he sad I will be in safe hands and introduced Jessica, I was a bit worried but later on found out, Jessica is a lovely girl. She knows what she is doing. She is always in control of the situations. Most importantly she is very informative and kept me calm even when we had obstacles on our sale. I appreciate their hard work and thanks them alot for making my flat sale so much easier!!!

GoogleWe went to view a flat in Bournemouth yesterday and was very impressed with Enfields' Trainee Negotiator Hugo Creaney-Birch. He arrived spot on time and was professional, courteous and helpful. Whilst the flat had "issues" it was great being shown around by someone who obviously enjoys their job and is highly competent at doing it. We both felt he was a real ambassador for the company. Unfortunately though, our search for a flat continues...
