GoogleAll staff were friendly and helpful, and helped to make purchasing our first house a nice process.One of the only estate agents that listened to what we were looking for in a property and didn't spam us with everything coming to market. Will definitely use them again in future.

GoogleDidn’t end up buying through Enfield's simply because the property I went for was listed with another agent, but having previously had a viewing and further contact with Sophie regarding my property search, I found her to be helpful, friendly and professional every time. I especially feel like she listened to my feedback after viewings and so would have been along the right tracks with property suggestions had my search continued.

GoogleI am a first time buyer have no knowledge on property market. Luckily I met Sophie Buontempo, an agent of Enfields Eastleigh, she helped me made a deal recently. She is very helpful and patient. Sophie explained everything and guided me throughout the process. And she responded my message promptly. Since I have no idea at all, Sophie offers suggestions to professional services which I needed. I am very appreciate to have such a nice and professional agent. Miss Luan Ticehurst, the office manager, followed up completed the transaction in two months time.During the time, I was so pleased that Luan updated the progress regularly. Enfields Eastleigh is reliable with all the great staff.

GoogleThe prospect of selling both our own and my late mums homes was daunting and we are so glad that we approached Enfields to act for us. Having obtained buyers for both properties we were looked after throughout by Luan, whose role was dedicated to keeping both sales on track. She was fantastic, liaising with all parties involved and keeping us fully informed throughout. Not only is she very professional but is also extremely kind and approachable and at times kept us sane when a frustrating hitch occurred with the sale of one property prolonging the process. She is an absolute credit to Enfields as is Sophie who was usually our first point of contact when ringing the office. She has a lovely telephone manner and always communicated messages to Luan when required. Thank you for everything

GoogleEnfields helped us with the purchase of our new family home, we cannot recommend them enough they are great at keeping you updated, chasing up with phone calls and just having a great customer service! Joanne is fab at helping you secure your dream home and taking a lot of the stress away as she is just so good at her job! The team in the office are faultless always polite and friendly and always return calls when messages have been left. If you are looking to buy or sell I would 100% recommend giving Enfields a call!

GoogleI went through a long slog to get to completion of my house sale.it was hell at times.but I would honestly say,it was Enfeilds who actually gave me hope throughout the whole trauma.won’t bore with details but I will say,Joanne Boaler is the real deal.what a package.she was everything I needed her to be whenever I needed it.counsiler,friend,estate agent and a whole lot more.without her help and assistance I don’t think it would have gone through in a month of Sundays.so from my view,Enfeilds we’re fantastic all the way and handled my really complex sale to its end.massive thanks to all who had the misfortune throughout.great service but,extra special Thankyou to Joanne.you work was extremely appreciated.
