GoogleEnfields is THE WORST! They do not support you. Especially if you are a student do not go with these guys. If anything happens to you they will just take your money and lie to you. And the staff are just rude. Bournemouth especially.

GoogleWe have nothing but praise for Jonathan, Hanna, Hugo and the dream team at the Winton branch for their exemplary efficiency, their helpfulness, and a can-do approach to helping us find accommodation for several families coming from overseas each year to study at the university. There is consistently clear, and swift communication with them, through which we can keep these families at ease and minimise the ordeal of moving to a foreign country. Hanna and Hugo’s trademark is a genuine concern for those they represent. We cannot express enough our gratitude for how they fight our corner every time. GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with Enfields. Agent Amy provided us with amazing options and a great houses tours that were not on the market at the time we got the tours. Our first option was even more than we had asked for requirement wise. It was within walking distance of our Uni which was all we had really asked for and they provided us with: spacious rooms, parking places for those of us with cars, several baths/showers washing machines/tumble dryers/dishwashers it was a great first house. Unfortunately our group had not communicated, that we wanted the place, fast enough and once it was on the market another group had put a deposit down for it already. But Amy was so helpful in finding us another place still close by to the Uni (as well as not being on the market yet) and it had the same requirements as the last and this time we were able to place a deposit down straight away. Amy has responded to any questions we asked no matter how silly or trivial they might be and replied straight away. Even with questions that involve bills as many houses now won’t have bills included Amy was able to help us sort out everything which was a big help as we’ve never applied for a place before and didn’t know the first thing to do when dealing with places that didn’t include bills. Definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for housing. Especially student housing near Uni, as we’re a fairly big group of 6 and the first house shown to us was a 7 bedroom house that could be converted to a 6 bedroom so they’re really good in finding us the right place that suits our needs. AGENT AMY YOU’RE THE BEST!

Hi Laura, Firstly I wanted to thank you for your feedback online, any feedback both positive and negative is welcomed to help us improve your experience. I have looked into the issues raised in your review and wish to follow up our recent telephone conversation. Regarding communication it is important that I point out that you lived in a house with four other tenants including another tenant called Jessica who took on the responsibility to be the main point of contact on behalf of your group. From what I understand there had been some internal issues between you and your housemates (fall outs / people wanting to leave and be replaced) and you failed to pay your rent on time and fell into rent arrears during the majority of tenancy causing a lot of inconvenience to your landlord. You have explained to me that your feedback regarding a lack of communication stems from Enfields not being clear who in your house owed what but in this situation you rented your property under a joint and several liable tenancy where you were all responsible to pay your landlord on a set day each month in one payment. We communicated with you and your whole group consistently over a 10 month period chasing the arrears which included 18 emails sent directly to you personally - having checked through all emails I am satisfied we made it very clear how much you were all in arrears, in this situation it is your responsibility to pay your rent on time and in full. I have offered to resend these emails to you. Regarding looking for somewhere to rent for this year I wanted to thank you again for returning to Enfields. I can see that you spoke with Rachael on the 17th November who scheduled a time for the 26th November to view Maple Road along with any other 5 bedroom houses during an hour slot she has reserved for you. I note your tried to bring this date forward and wish to apologise that we were unable to do so, as I said on the phone we are receiving multiple enquiries from groups every day who all wish to look at the same time so we can only arrange viewings in accordance with our availability which creates a risk that another group already booked in may secure a property you are scheduled to view. Whilst I appreciate this is frustrating we do have multiple options of five bedroom houses which I have emailed to you. Feel free to get in touch if there is anything more we can do.
