I’m a student who was looking to move into my first house with 5 of my mates we had Emily Enfields. She was amazing and so committed to her job she went above and beyond when our house was stolen from us and she found us so many more on short notice. She drove us around in her luxury car . Great experience wouldn’t have asked for anything more thanks Emily

Me and my friends viewed a few properties today with the lovely Emily. She was amazing at answering all of our questions while also being very welcoming and friendly. We are very happy with the house we found, and would definitely recommend Enfields!!

I have been a landlord in the Bournemouth area for 16 years and used a number of agents in the past. Enfields are by far the most professional and trusted agent I have dealt with. They always achieve great letting results and have always been available throughout the year for advice and assistance, despite me not actually having their full management service. They are always ahead of the legislative changes and ensure they pass crucial information on. The team are lovely to deal with, honest, reliable and very focused on the job at hand. Great partners to have for sure as a professional landlord.

As a landlord. I have used Enfields for the 15 years I have been renting my properties. I only use them to find my tenants , which they do aswell as all the credit checks etc. Great service always. Wouldn't list with any other agent!!!

Me and my housemates recently attended house viewings in search for a student house. We were accompanied by an agent called Emily who was nothing but amazing and lovely. Taking on board every aspect we wanted in a house and found the perfect place for us, whilst giving us all the necessary information. Was all very easy and she was very attentive, would definitely recommend as a business.

I use Enfield's to provide their "find a tenant service" for my student properties. I am extremely impressed with the service I receive from the initial rent valuations to the viewing of potential students. The Enfield's team work very well together and provide a quick feedback on the viewings. The team provide a professional and friendly service which makes working with Enfield's a pleasurable experience. As a private landlord I can recommend Enfields letting agents based on the excellent service I have received.

Very helpful staff. We had Keiran show us round quite a number of properties and he didn't rush us around and found houses that met our requirements. I would definitely recommend this estate agents if you are a student.

Have tried to get student housing through enfields for 2 years in a row now and both times have been very disappointed, takes days to get in touch, no one seems to answer the phone and when we did finally get in contact we’d never get a call back about our viewing options or appointments, lots of people have had issues with the deposits and trying to rent as well. Jonathan did get in contact about this review and apologized but we will not be contacting again for any future rentals.

We purchased our buy to let from Enfields several years ago. Jonathan's enthusiasm and passion for the job and the property shone through from the outset. It was an obvious decision to ask Enfields to be our letting agents for both our properties from that point on and we haven't looked back. Jonathan and Lisa are always willing to give sound advice and guidance with their extensive knowledge of the letting market. Jonathan keeps us well informed with top tips from his YouTube videos and prepares us for any possible changes from the government. He markets the properties successfully and enthusistically. He always seems to secure reliable tenants, advising us on the correct rent to set and has never let us down. Hanna is incredibly efficient. She manages to cut through any complications and just gets things done. She explains things so clearly and will always go the extra mile to help. Enfields have been extremely good for us and I wholeheartedly recommend the team.

I have been a client of Enfields for about 15 years and can highly recommend them. Jonathan and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are hard working, professional and have great knowledge and expertise. Enfields have dealt with my student HMO most years since approx 2010 and previously another single property. Lisa & Hannah have been available to answer any queries and sort out problems if they arise. They manage to find and secure great tenants for me every year and have never failed to achieve the maximum potential rent for the student property. Their client services is second to none! I have been well looked after . I definitely can recommend them. I have also been on the receiving end as a tenant and find their service to tenants also very good.

I have been a landlord for over thirty years. I have owned properties in Manchester, London, Bournemouth and overseas. I have used multiple estate agents to manage my properties in the past. This also applies to Bournemouth, and I have had many business dealings with several estate agents in the Bournemouth area. Through the years their management services have disappointed me for one reason or another. It was eight years ago that I was introduced to Enfields estate agents. I have never looked back! All of Enfields staff are extremely helpful and polite. When it comes to property management Jonathon Thomas and Lisa Thomas are the best people I have encountered in this business. They are always friendly, helpful and efficient and are totally dedicated in providing first class service to their customers, either being landlords or tenants. Whenever a problem arises it is resolved immediately. I am very grateful and satisfied with the services that they provide. I wish them success and good health for the future Amir
