GoogleDON’T TRUST ENFIELDS If you’re a student these people tried to up the rent without asking the landlords permission when we wanted to extend our stay for another year. When we left we tidied and cleaned and left the place in a better state than when we originally moved in. However LISA will try to hold on to her retainer by any means possible. She tried to charge us £400 for 5 tied up bin bags we’d left out for the council to collect and when she FINALLY sent the invoice we called up that company who claimed they would only charge us £50!!!!! Same goes for the supposed ‘cleaning costs of £450’ the eventual invoice was for a cleaning company based all the way in London?! There was a glass panel that was broken when we moved in which they claimed it cost £80 to replace. I decided to look into this by asking the new tenants if I could check it had been replaced and it hadn’t!!! They are lying fraudsters and I am bitterly disappointed that they go after the poor students who are probably living away from home for the first time! 🤦🏻

GoogleI cannot thank Enfields enough for all they have in selling my house especially Joanne she was always on other end of the phone everytime I rang with all my questions (I know I was a pain at times) and thank you Kate when I had a meltdown on the phone and cried .. would highly recommend Enfields thank you all again

GoogleIf being treated badly is what you’re after, then Enfields are the company for you.. Edit. In addition to this, the independent deposit adjudicator has confirmed that Enfields have been trying to rip us off. Including suggesting we owed nearly £200 in rent, attempting to charge us £60 for a battery and the list goes on and on. Enfields were unable to provide any evidence of outstanding rent and the regulatory body agreed that ALL of their costs implemented were unfair and baseless. The worst company I have ever dealt with

GoogleWe have just recently sold our property with Enfields Eastleigh. They were great throughout, particularly Sophie. They gave us a point of contact for a solicitor and mortgage advisor - both which are also extremely helpful. Sophie made the process for us stress free and easy. The communication and support from start to finish was amazing and I would recommend to anyone else wanting to sell their property in the area!

GoogleI would like to thank Dion and Luan for all their help, from showing us round the house, to the whole process of buying it! It was such a quick easy process for my partner and I, as first time buyers we were expecting it to be longer than a month and 3 weeks from start to finish! We viewed our house one evening, put the offer on it the next morning, and then had it accepted that evening. They answered all the questions we had, and I'm so thankful. 100% recommend to anyone.
