GoogleWe decided to rent our property as we are moving abroad. As first time lenders this was a bit overwhelming however Louise made the whole process so easy. We had tenants within 2 weeks and Louise was always happy to answer any questions (even silly ones) fast and efficiently. Really recommend!

GoogleTerrible experience obtaining my deposit back, took over 3 weeks to get a response from my landlord, and when I eventually did almost half of my deposit is being deducted on slight damage to the property that was already there when we moved into the property, and on issues we reported to the letting agents several times but wasn't addressed, money deducted on a burn mark on the carpet that wasn't there when we left the property. £288 deducted on cleaning the property when I got the property cleaned. They makes sure you pay your deposit, but whenit comes to getting your deposit back you left waiting for weeks only to discover you will not receive the full amount you paid. Absolutely disgusting. I have never had this problem before. Cannot be bothered to dispute this as probably going to take 3-4 weeks again just to get the same result.

I found any query I had dealt with immediately.I was always made to feel welcome in their friendly office and nothing was too much trouble. Macey and Danya were always helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional.Through their excellent advice on viewings,I sold my property within a week. Joanne in particular, kept me informed every step of the way throughout the sale procedure and, in addition, I felt confident with her dealing with my buyers.
