GoogleUsed as a buyer. Had to pull out as the financial services arm of this estate agents was shocking. The sales staff seemed to be fine, but the mortgage application was just poor. I was informed after 10 weeks and chasing that my application had been cancelled. After numerous reason given, i just could not trust them and withdrew. Avoid.

GoogleI have always thought that the job of an estate agent is largely to advertise the property and escort potential buyers. Dawson's did much more than this. Their project management of the respective lawyers made the sale experience smoother than it would otherwise be.
