GoogleI am renting an apartment in Oxford and the service that the agency has been providing has been OUTSTANDING, a special thanks to Warren who is our property manager and even called me yesterday to check if everything was okay. Emails are always replied, calls are always picked up and problems are always solved. I would totally recommend this agency. :)

GoogleI was shown around a property in Reading by Charlotte who was friendly, enthusiastic and proactive in sharing information about the surrounding area. She listened to any concerns I had and was able to offer information when needed. All in all it was a great viewing and I really felt I had the right amount of time to look around (rather than being moved on quickly which I have been in some other cases). A very pleasant experience!

When my first sale fell through, they were proactive in re marketing the property and helped me get another buyer. They weren't done at the agreed sale! GoogleWhat more can I say, other than 5 stars? My house was marketed for less than a day and a really great professional couple was found and moved in less than a week, What a great service! A big thank you to Suzanne Day, Megan Eighteen and Charlotte Fillie for all your help. Didn’t think renting out a property could be so efficiently done… also at a great price!

GoogleHaving experienced the letting agency both as tenant and as landlord, it is a good letting agency, especially given the alternatives in Reading. They support the tenants very well and I'd certainly choose them again if looking for a place to rent. From the landlord's point of view it's a bit more mixed because the experience depends on the department within the agency that you are dealing with.E.g: The quote they provided was substantially lower than what we managed to let a flat for, the fees are reasonable, the communication after the tenancy started is very prompt and easy, they managed to lose some papers and emails at the beginning which indicated internal miscommunication, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help the tenants.

GoogleI rented my apartment through Davis Tate. The overall approach from the team has been EXCELLENT. Charolette Kovari had answered all my queries during the viewing appointment. Further during the drafting of the Tenancy Agreement and other process Suzanne Day was extremely cooperative in working out the process. The keys were handed over in time. Proactive approach by Jane Mattews from the Maintenance team has always helped to get matters resolved which were related to maintenance of the house

GoogleA heart felt thank-you to the team at Davis Tate in Reading and their Conveyancing team for selling my flat in the town centre. Charlie found me a buyer very quickly. Everything was proceeding swimmingly until the solicitors stalled with queries relating to the lease-hold agreement... With a little negotiation and flexibility, it suddenly unblocked and became urgent for me to clear out the property. The final stumbling block was getting two big, heavy sofas out of the flat so that the solicitors would go ahead with the exchange. I couldn't find anyone to remove the sofas at such short notice. Charlie and Daniel carried the sofas out of the flat so that the exchange could proceed that day, getting the sale over the line that day! A big thank you to Kevin for actively keeping me updated, and Rebecca, Charlotte and Meghan for always following up on any questions I had or outstanding issues. A big thank you to Karen, my conveyancer, for making the legal stuff a non-issue. The in-house on-line conveyancing system is a pleasure to work with. I knew how far we were, and what was waiting on me or anyone else. I only had to send snail-mail twice (signed contract originals), everything else was on-line. I can whole-heartedly recommend Davis Tate in Reading.

GoogleI used Davis Tate to find a tenant for one of my flats earlier this year. Megan Eighteen and Charlotte Fillie were very efficient and it was a very easy process, with very fair rates. I now have another flat needing new tenants soon and had no hesitation in getting on the phone to Megan straight away. I'd recommend them to any landlord, they're very good.

GoogleStay away!!! We had our house valued a couple of months ago. I was very shocked and surprised to hear that our property was valued nearly £100,000 (One hundred thousand pounds) less than two other agents. I contacted Davis Tate and asked them a series of reasonable questions for clarification for this reduced price. They did not reply to any question, instead they told me to pay for a chartered surveyor and get another quote! I obtained another two quotes from local reputable estate agents and found that Davis Tate seriously undervalued my five bedroom property in a very sort after catchment area. I felt very disappointed about the quality of service and lack of professionalism and would not rate them with even one star if I had the option.
