GoogleJane Matthews is an excellent property manager who is always very prompt in responding to maintenance requests either via email or phone and making sure that the job is always well done. During the past three years of our tenancy in the property that she manages, she always made sure all was good on our end during her property visits and promptly attended to the maintenance issues. I very much appreciate her level of professionalism and highly recommend her as a property manager.

GoogleJust moved into our rented property a month ago. Really pleased with Davis Tate so far. We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were arranged to be fixed by Jane Matthews straight away. We were in communication with Charlotte Fillie and Suzanne Day throughout the process and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service we received. Have no doubt that David Tate and the Reading team will be brilliant.

GoogleI've been a tenant in one of Davis Tate's managed properties for a about a month now and overall, I've found Davis Tate staff to be very friendly and have enjoyed a good relationship with Jane Matthews, our property manager, in particular. I've found Jane Matthews to be extremely helpful and prompt in helping with the teething problems we've had. Where we've had reasonable complaints, Jane has quickly worked to resolve them and push hard for a fair resolution. It's really fantastic to have such a great professional relationship and I hope Jane sticks around for the duration of our tenancy!

GoogleSo upset with this Estate agent! Told me that a property that was ideal for me would be coming in the market. I knew the house and as a cash buyer thought that I was in a good position. Next thing I know (a couple of days later) a SOLD sign has gone up - no call, no email - nothing. How stupid was I to think that there is honesty among estate agents. Poor client who probably hasn’t got the best price or easy sale.
I’m sorry to hear that you are disappointed, however I believe there has been a mis-understanding. The property that we have recently erected our SOLD board at, has been under negotiation since earlier in the year and has recently exchanged contracts. James, and later Richard, were instrumental in pushing our purchase of a property in Whitchurch Hill over the line. They were both a pleasure to work with, and the level of communication and proactivity provided to us throughout the process was spot on; we could not have asked for more! I would most definitely recommend them to others looking to move, and, when the time comes, I will consider selling the the property through them.

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Jo at Davis Tate who have great knowledge of the local area . We are in the process of rebuilding our home so needed to find a rental property. I dropped in to the Sonning Common branch of Davis Tate and met with Jo. Within a few days I was already viewing potential rental properties with Jo and she was very good at guiding me through the whole rental process. Jo never took me to see any properties that were inappropriate for our needs (too expensive, only space for a midget) and always thought about how we as a family would fit in to each property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jo or Davis Tate, they have helped at every step of the way.

GoogleDavis Tate have been amazing, from letting us a property 2 years ago, through the tenancy, and then buying our own property with them . From check in to check out, and buying through to completion. They are friendly, helpful, informative and so very easy to talk to and ask those questions you need to ask. The entire staff are amazing , and I would really recommend them , but in particular my thanks go out to Matt, Sallie and Tanya for going above and beyond with their care, due diligence and support. Plus their conveyancing team with Karen were effortless and efficient too.
