GoogleI was interested to rent a flat they were displaying during the lockdown. Although they replied timely the emails they could not communicate between themselves, thus I was getting inconsistent information. GoogleI decided to downsize from a 4 bedroom house in Wargrave to something much smaller in central Henley and having got a buyer for my house thought that I had found a suitable property. However, following a medical issue my requirements had to change to a property without stairs. I needed to make a fast decision, Jo Sutton of Davis Tate was the agent for the Laureate Gardens development and having looked at several different options I decided to buy one of the apartments. Jo and the Davis Tate team were very helpful and responsive to a fast track requirement to exchange contracts and continued to give very good support right up to and beyond completion. GoogleWithin the course of two weeks I had inquired about and then moved into my first choice out of all the properties I had seen in Henley thanks to Davis Tate. This was primarily because of Jenny King, who was instrumental in expediting the moving process whilst responding immediately to any calls or emails whilst always being friendly. Davis Tate itself as an agency was always available for any questions and everyone was extremely nice (especially Emma who had to field most of my phone calls). I’m so grateful for their help in a most stressful situation and would highly recommend Davis Tate to anyone looking to let or buy...I will certainly be using them again for any future moves, though hopefully not for awhile as I’ve found my ideal property thanks to them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

During the tenancy the agency was ok, they would arrange any fixing I previously reported and they were responsive. However, the issue was at check-out time. I saw a woman and a man leaving the property 3 days before the check out, dressed smart. I had moved out already and I was parking the car so got shocked by that, I couldn't react. Also my ex-neighbour saw a woman leaving the property the following day too. They got in without any appointment and my permission, something that they admitted but of course nothing happened. Also, they wanted to charge me for some missing items that were not missing and broken things that were not broken by me. After some back and forth emails proving them wrong and sending them pictures which were taken at the check-in, they charged me for 3 things. One of them £50 to hang the curtains back because I left them in bags, which I think is excessive because of the amount and even more so as it was unfurnished, I had to sign the document to have the rest of my deposit back though. Lastly, I agreed with the cleaner contractor to have the second set of keys back through the letter box once the cleaning was complete, that was on a Thursday, on that Saturday I went to the property and didn't see the keys. I emailed the agency and the cleaner. I was worried about what they would do. On the next Monday I went to the office to drop my set of keys and they found out that the other set was taken by one of the agents without telling anyone, of course when they went without my permission. I am very disappointed, I looked after the property as if it was mine, it was left in a better condition that I found it because I painted both bedrooms and the living, and it seemed that the check out was not fully compared with the check in. I hope my testimonial helps someone

We recently completed on the sale of an apartment in Pangbourne. Davis Tate Pangbourne were extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process, liaising with the solicitors and buyer on a regular basis throughout, and providing regular updates to us on progress. As a result of their good communication and their proactive approach, the sale was completed on a very timely basis.
