GoogleWe recently bought a property sold by David Tate. They were fantastic from start to finish. Ben helped keep all parties updated and I doubt we would have exchanged/completed when we did without him! He was amazing. When we next sell we will definitely be using Davis Tate.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts for a house that has been sold by Davis Tate and we are really pleased how Ben and Thomas managed the whole process. Thomas did a fantastic job helping us secure the property and Ben gone above and beyond to to support us in the after sale process to ensure our chain moved forward. He communicated in time with us, our vendor, and the agents in our chain and respective solicitors and it was due to him that we could exchange contracts within 2 month of agreeing a sale on our property. Sadly I cannot say the same about our own Estate Agent. Thank you so much Ben for all of your help!

TrustpilotUnprofessional behaviour
Davis Tate was advertising a share to buy property where I decided to go with the purchase and paid the reservation fee to a Housing association. As there was no suitable lender, I had to move away from the purchase. Davis Tate did not advise me about the procedure regarding the refund and there was no small grievance with the housing association, where I almost had to take legal actions to get things resolved. Finally the housing association made the refund (with no thanks to Davis Tate). 1 star.

Renting with Davis Tate was a joy and pleasure. Real professional letting agents. Warren especially got things on time and got things sorted out with landlord quickly. The turn around was so spontaneous that never felt as an issue. Even getting the fixes over bank holidays were marvelous. Getting things right at any point and giving perfect clear clarification is tremendous.
