GoogleI would highly recommend Davis Tate Shinfield. Ben, Thomas and Sarah are an excellent team who made selling a property as easy as possible. From valuation and marketing, to viewings and negotiations, to exchange and completion, the team were in regular contact and were extremely professional throughout.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on a house purchased through Davis Tate Shinfield and were so pleased with their great service. Sarah, their sales progressor, was literally amazing and did everything and more for us. She was always incredibly on the ball with chasing, was excellent at communicating with us throughout and was very knowledgable about the chain. Ben and Thomas were also great helps throughout the whole process and in helping us secure the house in the first place. Everyone was always available to speak to us and help whenever required, which unfortunately could not be said for our own estate agent. Everything on our purchasing side was so well organised and Sarah went above and beyond with helping with complications on our selling side, which we are so appreciate of - Now we know to sell through Davis Tate in future!!

GoogleWe moved from Hertfordshire to Hampshire and Davis Tate was the estate agent managing the purchase of our property. Throughout the whole process Brian was outstanding - knowledgeable, experienced, straight-talking and very helpful and supportive. Kelly was super responsive, friendly and a joy to deal with. It was a move with the additional pressure of the stamp duty deadline and Davis Tate were superb in helping us navigate the whole process. Would recommend them highly.

Katy was fantastic in finding me new tenants for my property and made the process run very smoothly.

YellHelpful, honest and easy to talk to
All staff I spoke to at the Didcot branch were knowledgeable and helpful. I was given very good advice on what I as a prospective tenant should do to improve my chances of seeing and securing a good property, and assistance in filling out forms was always only a phone call away. I can only recommend David, Matt and the team to anyone moving in Didcot.

GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers and as such we have spoken to a number of different local estate agents. Davis Tate have been head and shoulders above the rest with regards to customer service and general ease of transaction. We have been dealing predominately with David who has been excellent, nothing is too much hassle and he is very quick to respond to questions and action offers. Having said this, we have dealt with Giselle for some viewings who has been very easy to deal with and both are able to simplify the whole house buying situation without making you feel stupid! The virtual viewing option is superb, allows you to understand the layout of the property without needing to actually view. We found having the estate agent on hand to talk us around the property really useful. Not only this, a link to the viewing is sent to you to view at your own leisure and share with family/friends to get some opinions before going for a viewing in person. Having this has really helped us figure out what we want from a property and intern, make a decision on a property offer. Physical viewing of the properties again has been second to none. In current climate they are obviously very Covid-19 aware with hand sanitizing required on entering and exiting the property. Both David and Giselle were great during the viewings. There was not any 'hard sale pitch' from either agent. Instead they allowed us to look around the property at our own pace and were on hand to answer any questions that we had. After viewing it was refreshing that they were not straight on the phone asking what we thought of the properties but allowed us the time to discuss between ourselves. Whilst writing this review I actually received a call from David stating that our offer had been accepted on the property that we wanted. From this point David told us what would be required in terms of various forms of ID. We knocked on the office door with our paperwork and Matt assisted in scanning it all across, again great interaction and service from all at Davis Tate. We would have no hesitation at all on recommending Davis Tate for first time buyers. The process has been clear, simple and painless as possible. This is predominately due to the refreshing honesty, integrity and expert level of service we have received at Davis Tate.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
