I would highly recommend selling a property with Davis Tate, they were brilliant throughout the sale of our house. Andy (branch manager) in particular was superb, he was always at the end of the phone when any issue arose during the conveyancing process and worked very hard to get our sale over the line. The quality of the images taken to advertise our house were excellent, and we agreed a sale after only 3 days on the market which was better than we could have hoped for, thank you again

GoogleLee was easily the best estate agent we've ever had dealings with. He knew the local market well, and gave excellent advice on how to price our property. He was quick to respond to messages. We felt we could trust him and his advice during the process was always spot on. He did a brilliant job at finding out what was happening elsewhere in the chain and his liaison with other parties saved the chain in the end. We really can't fault the service he provided, and would strongly recommend him!

GoogleHave contacted davis tate (rentals)henley office numerous times regarding noise complaints and parking issues regarding a family that rent a property from landlord through davis tate.the property is a two bedroom flat with a family off five living in it.you have three children living in one bedroom,the noise has been horrific at times at certain periods off the day.davis tate response and the landlords has been well go to council nothing we can do!!shocking no offer off mediation or any other route to sort this matter out the civil way.get no call back from office customer service is shocking I guess whilst the landlord gets his monthly rent no one is bothered about as neighbours what we have to suffer.shame on you davis tate henley branch!!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking Estate Agents. I rented a property through them and I constantly had people ringing the door looking for drugs. It turns out the previous tenant was a drug dealer. The landlord told me that they allowed this person to be a tenant because he was able to provide a guarantor. Avoid at all costs.

The initial sale was through Jason Appleby who provided great advice and promised to have a tenant ready by the time we exchanged. We then dealt with Jenny King and Emma Durcan in Lettings and, indeed, a tenant was found and ready to move as we completed on the property. I find the whole team at Davis Tate Henley professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with

GoogleGreat service from all at Davis Tate, our house purchase seemed to take forever to go through but this was no fault of Davis Tate at all. Emma, who initially showed us round the house was always available to answer queries and contact solicitors to get as much information to us as possible. We had no hesitation in using them as our rental agency for renting the property out either.
