GoogleAs a landlord I have been using Davis Tate for more than 3 years, we had a teething problem at the start which was resolved quickly! They continue to fully manage my property and this is always easy with the help and support of Jane Matthews in the office who is always available to help, even with the smallest of issues! GoogleI have been using the landlord property lettings and management services of Davis Tate for almost 5-years now and have only had the best of service and experience. Jane Matthews is responsive and communicates effectively, manages the property and remedial items promptly. Overall providing a service that makes being a landlord from a distance easy and low risk. Sarah Saunders is efficient in the financial and accounting aspects of the lettings services - statements always on time, responds promptly to queries, ensures work orders are paid quickly, etc. Overall I sleep easy at night knowing the letting of my property is in "safe pairs of hands".

GoogleDavis Tate have been great towards us as tenants of a property in Reading. The staff have all been friendly and approachable - particular mention goes to Helen who helped us through the viewing and application process and Jane Matthews, who is our property manager and is always happy to help, even if we have an armful of queries! I would highly recommend Davis Tate and their services, they've made renting a painless experience so far. The only reason we haven't rated them 5 stars is that there were a few minor issues with the property upon moving in and the service could benefit from slightly greater transparency when it comes to dealing with queries/issues.

GoogleI have been very pleased with the service we have had from Davis Tate and in particular working with Jane Matthews, admirably supported by Suzanne, Charlotte, and Rosalind. Recently our previous tenants moved out and Jane managed the appointment of new tenants doing all the various checks and they moved into the property one week after the previous tenants had moved out. Needless to say I was very impressed with this. Using Davis Tate to manage the property for us has been well worth their fees, for any problems with the property, are sorted quickly and we are continuously kept in the loop.

GoogleI moved to Reading from Northern England away from my family, and have been a tenant for about 1 year and 2 months. Having the professional and friendly support of the team at Davis Tate really made the whole transition far less stressful. I was never waiting for a response to any query due to their quick response times, and they have always been understanding. I thoroughly believe they have my best interests (as a tenant) at heart due to how they behave. In particular, I would like to commend Jane Matthews on her service as my property manager. I have made several requests on small maintenance jobs on my property to Jane, and all have been met in a rapid and professional manner. I would strongly recommend Davis Tate for anyone looking to secure a rental property in Reading!

FacebookWe would highly recommend Lee, realistic and honest from the start meant our house sold fairly quickly around the mark it was up for. Lee went out of his way trying to help find forms/solve queries etc that we needed, which meant it all went more smoothly than it could have done. We don’t plan to move again for a long time, but if we did I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lee again.

The Branch Manager Christina is very dedicated to providing an excellent service and she definitely leads from the the front and by example, she can regulalarly be seen at her desk (at the front of their office) long after all the other estate agents in Abingdon have shut up shop. During the sale of our family home after nearly 50 years (on behalf of my very elderly parents), complex problems with the Title Deeds have been very challenging & often seemed insurmountable, but Christina and Paul have been very inovative in their approach and resolution of the problem and exchange of contracts now after several months looks imminent.
June 18th comment \"exchange of contracts now after several months looks imminent\"! in fact exchange eventually took place on 18th November and completion on 2nd December, the complex and challenging problems (concerning Title Deeds & The Land Registry) continued to the end, with an act of trespass also taking place 4 days before completion. Both Christina and Paul remained cool and professional with their guidance and in their handling of the sale, they kept our purchaser fully informed, updated, reasured and on board throughout, with the family fully expecting them to pull out and the sale to fall through, on many occasions.

Not only did he do the job of my non-existent Estate Agent, but also my Solicitor acting for my sale! James was, cool & calm throughout & kept everyone informed and updated. I spoke to him many times throughout the days and he assisted with his knowledge & expertise & experience always. I finally got my dream house and am just over the moon with happiness for everything you have done, thank you!
