GoogleFirst viewing of 2019 of our house - offer received and accepted - all in less than 3 months including the Christmas Holidays! You cannot get better than that. Amy Shields was great - she knew what we could get for the house and she was right. Davis Tate really know the area and WILL sell your house.

GoogleI had a really positive experience with Davis Tate Twyford. As a buyer it can naturally feel there is a bias towards the vendors however, this was not the case with Davis Tate. The entire team were incredibly friendly and professional and there was not a single element of the service I could find fault with. My overall move progressed much quicker than I envisaged, mostly due to the thorough work of the team.

All of our many questions were answered in a timely manner and it was never any trouble to provide us with much needed advice during the process. The additional help with chasing our solicitor on regular occasions was a great help! Highly recommended!

There were a lot of queries going back and forth between vendor and us as buyers and Amy supported us really well. We never knew the area really at all and she really gave us a feel for the area, without being pushy. Couldn’t recommend Davis Tate highly enough, based on our experience.

GoogleI have known Davis Tate Twyford for a few years as a seller and as a buyer. I have also worked with 5-6 other Estate Agents to buy properties over the last 20 years. Without a doubt, with Davis Taste Twyford I have had THE BEST experience during the negotiation and especially after the offer was accepted, until Exchange. Amy and her team are super-dedicated to the whole process end-to-end: She will be honest and fair, she will ensure that the house receives viewings and she will advise with the negotiation process. But where she really excels about others is in nurturing the process after the offer is accepted. She did everything in her hand to ensure healthy communication between the buyer AND the seller: always helpful and professional. Without a doubt, I will work with Amy again and Davis Tate Twyford again.

GoogleAbysmal service. Cancelled a viewing but didn't let us know. Out of pocket for travel etc. Avoid them!
