GoogleWe bought our new house and sold our old one with Country Properties and they were excellent from start to finish. At all stages they made the process as smooth as possible; communication was perfect, we were informed of any news as it happened and the whole team were friendly, efficient and professional. We would especially thank Phil for his advice and guidance in the process and for his recommendations of surveyor/contractors etc

GoogleWe had a good experience from Lucy and the team at stotfold branch. We got a few valuations from various estate agents locally but decided to go with country properties as some additional services offered were included in the price, there was less of the sales speil, plus Lucy's commitment and openness on getting our proposed guide price, which she did, so we picked wisely! Lucy and team kept us up to date with events in the chain, and I could see that she was trying to align everything together as that's probably the most chaotic thing to do during these exchanges. All in all, great service!

GoogleOur experience with Country Properties Shefford has been exceptional from start to finish. From first meeting Jamie and the visit he made during our build, to coming back out once we made the decision to move on. Throughout the viewing process every member of the team was helpful and well prepared. They were always on hand; even for last minute viewings when we were away. I am pretty sure Steph even made the bed for us!! Our offer communication was a little back and forth with the buyers, but this was managed exceptionally by Steph and it made the process much more bareable. Finally a special thanks to Deb who worked tirelessly to get our completion over the line for us. Always on hand to go between solicitors and buyers, nothing was ever too much. A huge thanks to you all for your efforts - we couldn’t be more grateful, and have already recommended you to our neighbours!

GoogleMy partner and I purchased our first home which was being sold via Country Properties. We dealt with Simon who was the person we met when we did our first viewing right at the very beginning. From the word go, Simon was amazing. Unlike many other estate agents, Simon had all the facts and knowledge of the property, and he truly cared about making sure we were fully aware of all the details of the property. Once we had registered our interest, he was communicative and very responsive, and we never felt under pressure to go through the process at a rushed pace - he always put us first to make sure we were comfortable. Simon was also extremely helpful with answering our questions, particularly when we were having some trouble with our lawyers and he helped us out on so many occasions during the buying process. He and the team are really easy and pleasant to deal with, and you can tell they really appreciate your custom. Even after the successful purchase of the property, Simon continued to respond to some more questions, and he wished us well in our new home. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Country Properties, and should we ever come to sell our home in the future, we would definitely contact Simon. We can’t thank you enough!
