GoogleThis is the 3rd time we have used Country Properties Baldock. The whole team are fantastic, especially Helen and Sonia. They helped us through every stage of our move and updated us regularly on progress, reducing the usual stress associated with moving. They go above and beyond the usual level of service - we could not recommend them highly enough. Thanks very much!

GoogleWhether you're selling or buying, CHOOSE BALDOCK COUNTRY PROPERTIES. The service from Sonia and her team at Baldock Country Properties is second to none: I had to delay my sale and related purchase due to ill health the team were able to manage the chain so that we all completed after I was out of hospital. This meant an unending amount of extra phone calls that Sonia and the team had to make yet it was all done with supreme efficiency and kindness to me. I have never come across such a tightly run estate agency and with such great people to deal with. Moving home is one of the most stressful things but Sonia, Kerrie, Helen, Denise and Michelle were amazing and when they say they are going to do something, they jolly well do. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleCountry Properties, Baldock Office is simply the best estate agents that I have ever used, having bought & sold several properties, or been involved in such transactions in a business capacity during my working lifetime of over 40 years. All of the staff at their offices are delightful, professional, very experienced, extremely patient and courteous - and that's saying something from an ex-Bank Manager! On this occasion, we bought a house in Baldock through this Country Properties office and were fortunate to deal with virtually the entire staff, mainly: Sonia Jakes (Branch Director), Denise Weller & Michelle Woods (Sales Negotiators) and Helen Celik (Branch Manager) - but all are really lovely. Yes we had some problems to solve and queries for several months, buying a house is never straight forward, so the expertise of these people made the process so much less painstaking. Thank you again to 'the team' and for their wonderful service. Go and give them a try, for customer service and satisfaction they must be simply the best!

GoogleWe have recently completed the sale of our house and I can't thank Sonia and her team in Country Properties Baldock office enough . We are so pleased we chose to put our house on the market with them as the service we had was excellent and the help and support Sonia gave was above and beyond the call of duty . Nothing was too much trouble The other members of staff were also very polite and helpful The Ashwell office also dealt with us , starting with the valuation by Paul Pocock, the manager ....the professional photographer they arranged to take photos did a great job ... we had a buyer within the first few days I would not hesitate to recommend Country Properties Thank you to all involved with our sale 😀

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service, professionalism all the way, they epitomised everything that is right about an estate agent. Excellent market coverage, brilliant publicity and reach, prompt responses to any queries, they listened to what we wanted and then delivered. Highly recommended, don't use another estate agent in Biggleswade or the surrounding area (we sold our house in Potton). Special mention to Kim, Irma and Ash - a great team and a credit to the Country Properties network. Thank you

GoogleSelling is always a minefield, but the team at Biggleswade helped, guided, and calmed me when I wobbled, special thanks to Kim, Ash and Irma for all they did. Also thanks to Caroline who kept me more informed on the progress on my sale than my solicitor did. Every estate agent I visited when searching for a new home were so quick to bad mouth the competition, except for country properties, which I feel shows the professional people they are. GoogleI have just exchanged and complete this Friday on a property in Biggleswade. I cannot express how helpful the team at the Biggleswade office have been. Especially Kim the Manager. I too sell property for a developer, and have been in the industry for 20 years. This Agency are exceptional.I would highly recommend. to buy or sell. Thank you ladies, a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI decided to sell my house with Country properties after buying the same house a few years ago. I can honestly say what a wonderful,professional and friendly team they are. My house was sold within 2 weeks and they kept me informed on a regular basis. Fantastic advice, honest and nothing was too much trouble,help and support all the way.I just wish all estate agents were like Kim,Ash,Val and the team.

GoogleFrom my first contact with the team at Biggleswade, i was impressed with their efficiency. I was looking to purchase a property as investment/rental; Ashley went through available properties, we arrange viewing's with Irma, i put offer in on one and we completed, with Caroline progressing the sale very effectively (and in my view did more work than the Vendors Solicitors!) and we completed just six weeks after offer. The communication between the team and their efficiency is a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service seems to be diminishing. I will use their services to let my property and highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleGreat when trying to sell your house but the after sales lady called val was horrendous. Spoke down to me and was blantly rude. I was so tempted to cancel using them as an agent but needed the sale and was tied to them. Apparently the staff all know what she is like.

GoogleUnder no circumstances would I ever use this agent again they are extremely rude & incompetent. After completion of my house purchase they did not have the keys available for me to access the property. In fact once the sale had been agreed they really did not want to do anything to help. After complaining about having no access I was verbally abused by several members of the staff that worked their the worst abuse by Susan Singleton who was shouting in my face & also gave me the finger as I walk out. Use this agent at your own risk !!!
