I dealt with a number of members of the team - Denise, Helen, Kerry-Marie and Sonia - and without exception they went above & beyond the formal expectations I had. They were extremely pro-active in approach and are obviously a very close-knit team. I received a full asking price offer within days of the flat first being marketed which was in very large part due to the preparation & communication of the team. Quite simply Country Properties was outstanding in the sale of my house. Helen came round, we agreed a price of sale. The team came round soon after to look at the property so they all had an understanding what they were selling. With in a few hours of the house going on the market, Country Properties was all ready making appointments for them to come round with potential buyers to view. With in a week our home was sold. Once sold Sonia would ring us up with an update of everything that was going on. I am sure if Sonia was not on the case our contracts would have not exchanged and chain would have been broken. Wow what an amazing company and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from Country properties. Moving house is so stressful especially when you buyer pulls out on the day of exchange. I have to take my hat off to the whole team at the Baldock office as they all worked hard and way past the normal working hours and we are now living in our dream home. They are very knowledgeable and professional and took the stress out of the moving process. I do not normally do reviews but felt they had gone beyond the norm and cannot recommend they enough.

I sold my flat through Sonia and her team, and although there were some complications regarding the Leasehold, Sonia's and her team's knowledge was invaluable (far more so than my solicitor), and their input ensured that the issue was resolved in a timely and cost effective manor. From the first consultation, to arranging viewings, to handling the progress of the sale through to completion, I can't fault the service provided by the various members of the team that were involved. I shalt be moving for many years, but when I do I shall certainly be using Country Properties again.

From the very first time I called into Country Properties Baldock, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. They listened to my requirements and showed me a number of properties which unfortunately were not quite suitable but they introduced me to a slightly larger property which better suited my requirements and therefore I made an offer which was accepted. After the purchase all the staff keep me fully informed of all developments even on the property which I had sold privately, at least once a week. My wife and I let our house through Country Properties in Hatfield for just over two years, and when the time came to sell we had received such an excellent and personal service that we chose them for the sale as well. The team in the office made every effort to ensure the management of the property and tenants was conducted with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency, and as a result the time we spent as landlords was entirely hassle-free; an experience I know is not common for those in the letting business. When it came to sell, the arrangements were again conducted smoothly and conveniently. With both of us away a lot of the time and rarely able to meet face-to-face or correspond regularly we were dependent on the initiative and proactive approach of the team at CP to push things along, which they did throughout the process. I can't thank Linda, Zoe and the whole team at Country Properties, Hatfield, for making the daunting process of selling our house as easy as it possibly could be. We had our hearts set on a new-build property in Potton that was being sold by Country Properties, and despite a very rocky road to completion because of my issues in the chain they held our hand and advised us throughout the whole process. Rachel helped us with our initial viewing and then re-negotiation when we decided to buy the property next door instead, Irma worked very hard for us when we found ourselves in a bidding war, and Lorraine was an absolute superstar when we hit problem after problem with our chain. We would like to thank Paul and the team at Country Properties who sold our house within a week to the 2nd viewer for a price we were very pleased with. Country Properties' local knowledge is excellent and they were able to introduce the perfect buyer to us, moving from first viewing to exchange in just 6 weeks. They kept us in the picture throughout the process and also recommended an excellent Solicitor (Shoosmiths) who acted for us on our sale. We first spoke with Paul a year ago when we were initially considering selling our house and we were very impressed with the honest and simple advice he offered on some low cost improvements we could make to maximise its’ potential and also things that were unlikely to make much difference, such as replacing the kitchen. Through these improvements and the excellent pictures taken by Country Properties’ professional photographer, the house was very well presented on Rightmove under their Premium Listings, all of which led to an excellent outcome, thanks again Paul and the team.
