GooglePhil and the team are exceptional in their service. They understand the stress that moving can put on peoples lives and do everything they can to ensure the process runs smoothly. They go the extra mile to ensure good communication between all parties and work to look after every ones best interests. Having moved a house numerous times in my life, Country Properties have been the best agents by a country mile! Highly recommend.

All the staff were happy to assist and were very informative. regular updates were given, esepacly as we headed towards exchange. Not that we are planning to move anytime soon we would highly recommend Country Properties.

GoogleSteph and Jamie have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've had a bit of a tough sale with the bottom of the chain falling out twice (despite having been heavily vetted by the team at CP), but both times, the situation was remedied and quickly. From the initial valuation we were given a great price (without even having to haggle), they have kept us in the loop throughout the whole process (good and bad) and helped us drive the sale through to completion, which again was no easy task with a particularly leisurely solicitor involved in the chain who liked to ask questions, a LOT of questions. Steph and Jamie have been great, without them involved I think we'd still be going back and forth trying to exchange. I would definitely recommend Country Properties Shefford to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleWe had our hearts set on a new-build property in Potton that was being sold by Country Properties, and despite a very rocky road to completion because of my issues in the chain they held our hand and advised us throughout the whole process. Rachel helped us with our initial viewing and then re-negotiation when we decided to buy the property next door instead, Irma worked very hard for us when we found ourselves in a bidding war, and Lorraine was an absolute superstar when we hit problem after problem with our chain. Nothing was too much bother for them, and we really got the impression that they had our best interests at heart - despite working for the Developer! Thank you all :-)

GoogleIt was a long and sometimes complicate journey for us to get moved but everyone at Country Properties were helpful and informative along the way, with regular and scheduled updates. I'm pleased we chose them and not an online provider as I'm convinced that due to our complex chain we would not have got the result we wanted. Thank you.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of this estate agent. We attempted to buy a property that they were marketing, and they did such a superb job of keeping everyone in the chain informed that we came to rely on them more than our own estate agent. If you're selling in the area, these are the guys to go with. If you're looking to buy, check out what they have on offer.

GoogleFantastic service !!!! The Ladies at the Baldock and Ashwell branches worked so hard everyday to keep us fully updated and chased any queries up. We also sold through them a few years back and they we fantastic then. They are worth every penny, they are professional, helpful, organised ! They make you feel really special as a customer and are very efficient and organised. I cant thanks them enough and highly recommend them !!

GoogleWe have been looking for a property the last year. Sonya and her team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. We still need to complete however we no this team will do everything I'm their power for us to move into our first home. We would definitely use them if we decided to sell out property. GoogleTried to purchase two properties through Country Properties, was asked to provide copies of my bank statements because an email from Barclays stating the mortgage has been approved is not good enough. With the first property they actually put it back on the market the day before we were due to exchange contracts. I have purchased lots of properties and never been messed about this much. Michelle Woods could learn a lot from whoever dealt with the 5 star reviews on here.
