Kim, Lorraine and the whole team are brilliant!! I had been with a different agent for a couple of months with no success. I asked Country Properties to also list my property and they had viewings lined up straight away, and I had accepted an offer within two weeks! Throughout the whole process they were at the end of the phone if I needed them and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend country properties if you are planning to sell your property.

From instruction to completion, Jamie and his team at Country Properties made sure that I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my transaction. They even went "the extra mile" by chasing the lower chain, even though they were not instructed by that seller. If ever anyone in the area needs to sell, I will always recommend Country Properties

Country properties sold our house & helped us purchase our new home. We found the house we loved Sam & Evie went above & beyond to advertise our house & show people round. We had a few issues with solicitors holding up the chain, Steph & Jamie were fantastic at keeping everyone updated the whole way through, it definitely wasn’t any easy sale ! I could call them anytime they reply to e-mails straight away. Steph made sure everyone was updated on the process at all times. There was NO hard sales or hidden costs. Shefford country properties definitely work together as part of team and that really shows. Would definitely recommend them to anyone !
