GoogleNewly viewing/ Renting these guys have been great! Me and my partner fell in love with a house and must have viewed it about 4 times it was never a inconvenience for them. Very easy to communicate with and paperwork easily explained. Any time we have/had an issue or a question its dealt with very quickly the girls weve delt with are lovely and very down to earth and bubbly whilst staying professional especially during these hard pandemic times. :)

GoogleI am a Keyworker and due to the property being vacant they let me move in. Everything was done so fast and efficiently. I am very pleased with how they dealt with and helped me move so fast. No issues with either Sophie or Sharon. Plus my little flat is great.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. I am letting a property with Country Properties and have received abysmal service from the outset. Staff members have left and their emails gone unanswered, emails are ignored for weeks and even months with no apology or acknowledgement and their service has been absolutely dreadful throughout. I have made numerous formal complaints yet little has changed and their solution was for me to email three staff members every time I needed to contact them as this might lead to a faster reply (it hasn’t). When I have raised problems with their service this has been argued against far more often than it has been acknowledged and corrected. Country Properties may be excellent for buying/selling a property but would absolutely not recommend to anyone looking to let or rent.

GoogleI bought a house through Country Properties, they then rented it out for me for about fifteen years, and finally sold it for me. I have really appreciated working with both the letting and the sales sides. They were always cheerful, positive and efficient. They brought me solutions not problems. They dealt creatively with situations that arose. Very happy to have done business with them.

GoogleDreadful company! - left a rental property in January and still my tenancy deposit is unpaid!! I have chased every month to get things sorted. Having to go legal to get it back. Sophie Wesley is to be avoided. Disgraceful organisation who treat tenants appallingly! Only selected 1 star because the review will not post otherwise...
Mr Adam's deposit is registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). He is disputing the findings of his checkout report and refuses to allow the DPS to arbitrate, hence the delay in resolution. We are proud of the way we look after our tenants and landlords alike and have a measured 97% customer service level. We are more than happy to resolve the issue through due legal process. GoogleCountry Properties have been extremely helpful in our Shefford Fireworks Appeal fundraising efforts. Good people to work with and very professional in their approach. As far as being Estate Agents I have not heard a bad report on the business and again are very professional. Good choice if you are looking for someone to assist with your biggest buy or sell so far.

GoogleCountry Properties in Shefford have real community values, supporting many local events throughout the year, including our Garage Sale Trail that is in it's 2nd year. Jamie and his team have been involved from the beginning and are a pleasure to work with. Without their support, this event would be difficult to manage alone. I'm very grateful to have Jamie as a sounding board, and for the practical support they've given with collecting registration forms, publicity and producing the trail sheet. We also bought our house through them and wouldn't hesitate to sell through them!
It is our pleasure to support local events, a great response again this year Lesley - here's to an even better Garage Sale Trail in 2020.
