GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Country Properties, and specifically from Simon (and of course Paul)! Buying your first property in the midst of a pandemic can be a very stressful experience but Simon and his team were always there to make sure things happen for us (from chasing conveyors to offering reassurance). Needless to say I highly recommend them!

GoogleI sold a property with Country Properties Letchworth and was assisted mainly by Ian and Simon Ellmers. I must say, they were two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to find a buyer who was willing to pay a fair asking price. The sale turned out to be rather difficult, partly because of information that was contained within the deeds and also because of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. However, thanks to Ian and Simon's knowledge of the local area, the sale was still able to go through reasonably quickly. The service I received was second to none. I was kept up to date at all times and was always able to communicate with them, when I needed to. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting, to help get the sale completed. I can't praise this branch of Country Properties highly enough. Excellent service from an honest and very professional estate agent. Very highly recommended!

GoogleWe bought our property through country properties in flitwick in january 2020. The team were very helpful. I fell in love with the house & joel stayed late from work so i could show my husband it that night so we could put an offer in asap. They communicated effectively to us always ringing us and keeping us up to date. When we picked up our keys they even greeted us with a bottle of bubbly as a gift! Would deffinately recommend them!

Overly helpful; will always call you back and go above and beyond to make what can be a stressful time quite relaxing. If your a seller i can only imagine it would be the best place to go because as a buyer they were a joy and make the process very easy.

GoogleCountry Properties sold six flats for me at 10 High Street Flitwick. They did a brilliant job with top class marketing and great advice. Duane is the owner and you will not find a better estate agent. He knows his market and tells it like it is. Highly recommended!

GoogleCountry Properties Flitwick recently sold our property and they worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale went through before Christmas. At one point it looked like the sale might fall through but Duane and Phil worked tirelessly with all parties to keep the sale together. Excellent service - many thanks to everyone at the Flitwick office!
