GoogleFurther to a recent initial difficult house sale, I have been totally impressed with the professionalism and caring attention Country Properties have shown in achieving the completion of my property which happened last week on the 7th May 2020. I understand that the company work as a team but I would like to give two people in particular a special mention for their diligence and guidance to achieve the sale on time. Thank you Tracey Curaba for your outstanding care, assistance and advice. Also Irma Bucci, for your constant information, updates through to the sale completion. As this was quite an emotional sale for me Country Properties took Estate Agencies to another level. GoogleThese are the good guys! I had my mind set on a particular house during lockdown, 2 had been sold in old hatfield. I contacted both agents, said if they become available could they give me first offering. One with another agent came back up on rightmore, they ignored all my emails, never returned calls, when i submitted a rightmore enquiry they just emailed me details of the house i was desperately wanting to buy. i ended up knocking on the neighbours door to get the owners details. I viewed privately. He wanted to go through the agent still, i was really narked that they would get paid when they hadn't called me back (I'm stubborn). I then got a call from Country properties, the other one had come on the market, they wanted a quick sale, and i viewed and offered. I felt bad for the other owner but glad they weren't going to earn any commission from me. Lynda has been amazing. I recommended my friend use them and they have sold her house quickly and been equally as efficient. Covid19 has been an excuse for some companies to hide behind bad service but country properties really stepped up to the mark. Always answer the phones/emails etc. Would definitely use them if i sell..... but hoping its my forever home.

GoogleCountry properties Welwyn have just sold two properties for me. I was very pleased with their professional service and how helpful they were. Tony Cox keep me informed at all times through the sales and chased up other agents and solicitors when necessary. The whole team were great and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
