We've had such an amazing experience with Country Properties. We've got ourselves a lovely 3 bedroom house and the process was smooth sailing with the help of Maddison Hathorn! She was excellent from the start. Very informative and quick to respond to all of our queries. Honestly, such a seamless process, we viewed the property on Monday and had everything signed up before the end of the week.

We used Country Properties (Shefford) to sell our house (this was Oct 25) Our main contact was Jamie. He was professional, friendly, calm and a good listener! Having been a tenant in a property managed by Country Properties for nearly 5 years, I can say that generally they provide a hands-off, but attentive service. Allowing a rental property to feel like a home, without the intrusion of overbearing management. Upon our departure, Maddison in particular has been brilliant in co-ordinating viewings and has respected our needs for emptying and cleaning the property.

I’ve had a great experience with Country Properties throughout my house purchase. James, in particular, was a fantastic point of contact, always proactive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even when the things got a bit complicated, the team stayed on top of everything and kept the communication clear. If you’re looking for an agency that is professional and actually moves things along, I’d highly recommend James and the Stotfold office.
