Phil, Duane, Joel and Steve & team were superb throughout, getting the property on the market rapidly which led to a large amount of viewings which were coordinated amazingly well. I was kept informed every step of the way once we had agreed exchange and completion which was very helpful. GoogleI cannot recommend Country Properties in Shefford highly enough, specifically Steph and Jo. They were outstanding in our purchase, considering we had a very strict completion deadline due to a mortgage offer expiring in the chain. CP were instrumental in ensuring the whole chain completed, following up with solicitors on a daily basis and making sure all parties were kept updated. GoogleOur experience of selling through Country Properties was a good one. They were always helpful and gave useful feedback and advice. They always answered the phone promptly and returned calls quickly. They made a long a protracted sale in the middle of a long chain of properties as stress-less as it could be. GoogleHaving sold our house last year and been unsuccessful in finding anything we tried again earlier this year and had our reservations. We were delighted to come into contact with the team in Ampthill. Firstly, Ken was extremely professional in showing us around the property and dealt with our queries quickly. Our next interaction was with Sasha who dealt with us from offer all the way through to exchange and completion. She’s absolutely brilliant. Extremely professional, and polite but also fair and sensible so far as negotiation goes. She also made the effort to chase all the way down our chain and obtain real updates for us, without her I’m not sure we’d have seen the deal exchange at all! GoogleNeeding to rent, for the first time and at short notice, we were very lucky to find Country Properties where Catherine and her colleagues did all they could to secure and get us into our home - within 4 weeks. Well informed, responsive and diligent, the 'added value' here is that when you email or phone a query in you get a timely (and accurate) answer; because the whole Lettings team cover each other and respond if your usual contact is away from their desk. GoogleCountry Properties and particularly Steph were excellent in selling my house. They really worked hard to structure a sale and purchase and seem extremely motivated to move the transaction through. They followed up all the time making sure all the solicitors and chain were aligned. You could probably find cheaper online estate agents, but I would think that the sales from these online companies are far more likely to fall through. GoogleWe cannot recommend Country Properties highly enough, particularly the Ampthill branch. They supported us over every hurdle selling a house can sometimes throw at you. Their professionalism and knowledge is second to none. They genuinely care. We were given an honest and professional evaluation by Ken at the start of the process, what Ken doesn't know about the local market isn't worth knowing and Sasha was an absolute superstar and pro at managing our sale, we can't thank her enough for her suppor.
