GoogleCountry Properties took over as agent for my property following an unsuccessful period of time with another agent. I had a regular stream of viewings, was inforned with feed back after every viewing and we talked through alterations l could make to improve the property for the viewer. The house was successfully sold and my buyer was kept informed of all matters in connection with the sale. I would recommend Country Properties who took the worry of selling away from me.

GoogleI rented for the past 2 years a property managed by Country Properties. Never had an issue, all my requests have been managed quickly and in a professional manner. The staff is supportive and it’s been a pleasure working with the letting team. Totally recommend!

GoogleMe & my partner dealt with Country Properties Shefford branch in March 2020, during the first major lockdown. Steph and Tayler helped us to find lovely properties and set up lots of viewings for us, we even put in an offer on a house we loved and wanted to buy. However, after having a Comprehensive Survey done the house had lots of issues me and my partner didn’t want to deal with, we then withdrew our offer. We had the right to withdraw our offer as we felt that there was to many different problems with that house. Country Properties were not happy that we withdraw our offer. Having a conversation with Steph, the manager, it was obvious she was livid and tried telling us that we were making a mistake. We kind of felt that she was bullying us not to withdraw. We stood our ground and told her to read the survey report, it stated the house had problems which we felt we didn’t want to take on. Both Steph and Tayler were clearly unhappy with our decision, which then lead to them ghosting us. We asked them to send us more properties, they said they would but never did. Fast forward to 2021, we managed to find our dream house, not through Country Properties, through another agent who acted like adults unlike staff at Country Properties. I wouldn’t recommend Country Properties Shefford, once they saw their commission float through the air after we pulled out of their deal, they spat their dummies out and stopped communicating with us. How childish and unprofessional are they. 👎🏾

GoogleA huge thank you to Jamie and the team, from the beginning we were treated like we were their only customers! Nothing was too much trouble, the valuation was spot on, the viewings were conducted in a very safe way and the sale, although somewhat lengthy with a few bumps along the way, conducted in a professional but friendly way.
