Within the space of ten days I received an offer which I decided to go ahead with. Sasha from Country Properties managed and negotiated through some tough demands from the purchaser still giving me the highest asking price than the other two estate agents. Sasha was brilliant throughout and took away all the hassle of the negotiation using her extensive knowledge of the housing market to our advantage. GoogleWe first purchased a buy to let property from Jamie and the sales team. He was so attentive and kept us up to date every step of the way. We then asked Debbie and the lettings team to let our property. Within 24hours of instructing Country Properties we were given a couple of good options for tenants. Extremely reliable and professional both sales and lettings. I cannot recommend Country Properties enough. As our first buy to let we were offered so much help and information. Nothing wad too much to ask! Great agency

GoogleWe purchased our new home via Country Properties, and overall we were very pleased they were the agents handling the sale. We had some initial issues with communications over making an offer, but once they were resolved, the team at Country Properties did brilliant work at making sure the transaction stayed on track through the legal work, exchange and completion. Tayler especially did some excellent work to get the transaction through the latter stages of legal work, exchange and completion - she was negotiating with all parties in a lengthy and complicated chain. Would definitely recommend this branch to any other potential buyers and sellers.

GoogleExtremely friendly and professional staff who go the extra mile to help you. When I was trying to move down from Scotalnd all other letting agents denied me a chance to apply for rented accomodation citing I needed to physically be there in person. Country Properties had no issue at all. Florence was an absolute hero the entire time. I will be using them again!

GoogleCountry Properties took over as agent for my property following an unsuccessful period of time with another agent. I had a regular stream of viewings, was inforned with feed back after every viewing and we talked through alterations l could make to improve the property for the viewer. The house was successfully sold and my buyer was kept informed of all matters in connection with the sale. I would recommend Country Properties who took the worry of selling away from me.
