GoogleEstate Agents have a bad reputation but the guys at Country Properties completely dispel that. They are totally honest and genuinely want to make the moving experience as easy and friendly as possible. Brothers Ian and Simon have been working together at Country Properties for many years and have lots of experience. They valued our property significantly higher than other Agents and achieved 3 asking price offers within 3 days of the property going on the market. They filtered the buyers out so there were no time wasters and no noseys just wanting to have a look round. They respond to emails immediately and even recommended a fantastic conveyancer. GoogleI can't thank the team enough for all the support the provided during the sale process. It started with really good local knowledge and presence which resulted in rapid viewings and an offer which the team were able to vet for me. But they really came into their own when I experienced problems with my solicitors being slow (oh so slow!). Laura and Ash were on the phone daily, often multiple times a day, to chase things with me, the buyers, and both sets of solicitors to keep things moving. GoogleI really can't recommend Country Properties enough, especially Jodie-Leigh! Living in Leicester and needing to move to London was always going to be a challenge as with full time jobs its impossible to drop everything and attend viewings mid week etc, and watching properties disappear off the market before we had a chance to see them was very anxiety provoking. However Jodie-Leigh was happy to hold a virtual viewing and once we'd decided we really liked a property was so flexible in finding a date and time that we could come and view the place in person. Throughout the referencing process she answered all of our questions really quickly and I just have faith that if anything goes wrong during our tenancy Country Properties will deal with it without any issues! GoogleI always think it’s easy to write a good review when things go well. However, I believe it’s more meaningful and informative when things don’t go quite as well. Our transaction took 8 months to complete, so I feel well qualified to write this review. In short, Country Properties, Flitwick have surpassed even the highest standards and proved themselves to be a class leading estate agency. While our transaction threw up some surprising issues, Country Properties supported us at every step. They not only went beyond expectations to keep our purchase transaction together, but also kept our buyers informed at regular intervals to ensure the chain remained strong. Their experience in the local area doesn’t stop with property knowledge; they are also able to propose a choice of other specialist firms to work with from financing, conveyancing, surveyors and removals. Each of the firms we selected were excellent. To summarise, although the thought of our 8 month transaction may sound horrific, I honestly did not feel stressed at any stage - that is the level of trust and confidence we had in Duane and his team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
