Their expertise and knowledge of the buying/selling process and other related matters were extremely important in helping inform and reassure us in what could have been a very stressful process. They dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner, always on hand to answer any questions we had, and kept us in the picture with developments. Indeed whenever we called, they recognised us and remembered our situation immediately. Appointments were punctual, and promises to return calls etc. were always met. GoogleRight from the start Country Properties and Sasha worked tirelessly on my purchase to help make the experience as smooth and painless as possible. This included organising multiple viewings at short notice, providing plenty of information and advice on how to deal with certain parts of the process, thorough and regular communication throughout, and acting as an open/fair mediator during negotiations. I always felt like my transaction was a priority and even as the buyer, I felt like my interests were just as important as the sellers. GoogleThe most helpful and professional service you could ask for. From start to finish Ken and team were absolutely perfect. We had difficult buyers (and buyers solicitors) and they went the extra mile for us day in day out to make sure we the smoothest possible experience. Have used before and will use again if we move (fingers crossed we don't). Special mention for Sasha for all the extra hours, emails, phone calls and even text messages to keep things moving and to keep us updated. The sale wouldn't have happened without her so the upmost gratitude and appreciation for all her efforts!! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe'd highly recommend Country Properties after buying our new home through them. The communication has been great and everyone has been really helpful, professional and friendly. In particular, Sasha has gone above and beyond to help us find our future home. We have a four month old and life is pretty chaotic, but it has genuinely been made much easier through Sasha's updates and support with getting us to exchange. We can't wait to move into our family home now and to start making memories.

GoogleFantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!
