GoogleThe best estate agents in the area! My wife and I purchased our first home from Country Properties back in 2014. We were impressed by their service we decided to list our home with them last year. The team are amazing, so supportive and accommodating in everything they do. Admittedly, we were a tricky client, but nothing was too much trouble for Country Properties. We mostly dealt with Steve (who is fantastic!), but the rest of the team are brilliant too. Highly recommend Country Properties for anyone looking to sell / buy in the area.

Amazing service from beginning to end and so professional and always in touch through a very stressful time while selling our house over Christmas. The whole team are fabulous, but I have to pick out Sasha in particular as one in a million! She has such a passion for her job and her customer service is second to none! We viewed the house with Sharon and she was friendly professional and communicated with us well from start to finish. Once we had put in an offer and it was accepted Phil took over the administration of our sale and throughout the whole process he was fantastic. Particular thanks to Phil who provided invaluable help throughout the process and was always on hand to assist and answer any queries we had in a timely, friendly and professional manner. We couldn't have asked for better estate agents. They were always available to speak on the phone and provided any help we needed and answered any questions we had. GoogleI highly recommend this estate agent. I viewed 3 properties on a Saturday back in September in the Barton Le Clay area with Lynne , her knowledge of the properties and local area was amazing. She also went out of her way to lead us to the local nature reserve so we could have a walk and take in the beauty of the local area. A complete breath of fresh air compared to some of the other estate agents I had been talking to. This set the tone for my whole experience with the team at Country Properties. Within the team I also worked with Sasha and Billie, both of who are lovely to work with, extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. I was extremely well looked after for the entire process and I cannot be happier with how my house purchase has gone. Thank you

GoogleJust bought and sold a house through Country Properties and the experience could not have been better. The valuation process was simple, they were transparent the whole time, and the listing looked great online. Once we were in our chain Sasha was amazing at communicating and was on hand to answer any questions we had at any time. Before, during and even after the move, we felt like we could reach out to Sasha and get a friendly helpful response every time. We love our new house and it was a pleasure working with CP - would highly recommend to everyone!

GoogleRented through County Properties over the last 8 months. The only issue we had with the property was quickly resolved. Our inquiries were answered promptly and they agreed with the landlord to return our deposit in full within 2 working days of us vacating the property. As a tenant, I would recommend renting with them.

GoogleTony is a very experienced real estate agent, proficient in all aspects of the business. During my recent sale, he displayed a good understanding of the current property market valuation as well as likely changes in the short term future. Tony’s strong management skills enabled him to effectively liaise with all parties involved in the transaction, as well as provide clear and regular communication as the sale proceeded. I was more than comfortable to trust Tony through the sale, and would turn to Country Properties for future property transactions.
