I will reserve my comments! All I can say it could have been better and things done differently. It was certainly an Experience that will live long in my mind?😫 Thankfully all over now! Would I recommend this estate agents! Well all I can say is 'How long is a piece of string.? The estate agent in question was Sasha! Say no more! She says one thing infront of you and behind your back she says another! (Double standards)👎 I lost complete confidence in her.😪 Instead of working for me she worked against me.😪😪 Has anyone noticed that all there reviews have 5 stars? They only show the good reviews? Read into that what you may? This is a genuine review not the ones they show? The stars I have given above speech for themselves!😪 If I could have given ZERO STARS then I would have done so.😪 This estate agent is 'NOT TO BE TRUSTED.'👎😫🤣 If she recommends anyone especially a removal man who works under the company of 'Secondhand Alley' please keep well clear.👎👎👎 TREAD AT YOUR OWN PERIL.👎👎 'THEY HAVE A GUILTY CONSCIENCE' One word sums them up "SHAMBOLIC' 👎😫👎😫👎😫 They 'Have Fake Reviews.'

I have looked into your file further and up until we introduced you to a highly regarded clearance man post exchange to help you with completion, you had said on a number of occasions that we 'were worthy of 6 stars' and 'had gone 500 extra miles over and above' I am very sorry you felt so differently towards us after this particular introduction was made. We truly feel he did a good job for you and ensured the clearance was done in time for completion. It is not our responsibility to source third parties to aid a smooth transaction whether that be for: Removals, numerous emergency locksmiths, conveyancers, personal couriers for important documents, witnesses at a location of your desire, personal bank transfers to solicitors, post-completion rubbish removal or any of the other favours you were provided help with outside of our profession all of which who we feel did a great job. We found the entire team extremely, helpful, patient and supportive, during our house move. They always returned our calls, and were very happy to take us to the property we were buying, on many occasions. On the day of our move Natalie was at the property to greet us, as she had been arranging the removal of the furniture, due to our seller's unique situation. We didn't feel rushed at all and were very grateful for their visit. We would certainly recommend the team to our family and friends in the future.

Our viewings were facilitated by Susan, and the transaction was taken forward by Stephen and Duane. Outstanding people and happy that the transaction was followed through up to completion.

I have recently purchased a property through this agency and have nothing but good words to say about Country Properties in Shefford. Steph was handling the sale but I also dealt with Jamie and Lucy. Due to the nature of conveyancing, I was unable to speak to the seller or sellers solictor myself, but Steph (and Lucy in the final stages!) were absolutely fantastic at communicating between all parties and pushing things along. I never found it difficult to get hold of Steph - she is superbly efficent! Lucy played an absolutely integral part in getting the completion over the line when Steph was on (very well deserved!) leave, and I cannot thank them both enough. Should I come to let my property out in the future I will think of noone else to manage the letting than Country Properties. Thanks to all!

We were travelling a great deal whilst our house was up for sale. The Country Properties team prepared well and had a full understanding of all details of our home and they conducted all viewings with the upmost professionalism. They have always been punctual and the communication to set up viewings, feedback and guiding us through the sales was exemplary. Steph in particular has been a gem but so have Jamie and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend Country Properties Shefford.

She was very accommodating in arranging viewings and always answered our many queries and questions prior to exchange of contracts.
