GoogleFrom our initial meeting and valuation we found the team to be knowledgeable and courteous. We engaged with Country Properties for our sale and purchase and were kept very well informed of progress and we were very grateful of the behind scenes "chasing" that went on to keep our transactions moving along.

GoogleWOW, what a team at the Baldock/Ashwell office!!! This was not a straight forward sale as the property was being sold on behalf of our late parents from a distance. We selected Country Properties following a few interviews and were not disappointed. Matthew provided us with excellent advice and a very professional service from the outset with friendly, frequent contact throughout the sales process. Thank you to Michelle for all her assistance with the viewings along with the prompt feedback and the additional trips with various contractors to the property, Irma for her support from the office dealing with any queries and ensuring a smooth sale. The whole team working together solved any problems that arose ensuring we did not have to make the 500 mile round trips so often. Thank you all for making this sale less painful than anticipated.

GoogleMyself and my partner bought our house through Country Properties, and honestly they were absolutely fantastic. The whole team went above and beyond to offer support, provide updates and accommodated lots of requests. Our solicitors weren’t brilliant, but having such a supportive team at Country Properties helped to relieve a lot of that stress. I had so many questions as I wasn’t entirely sure on the process, but Country Properties made me feel like no question was a stupid question (which was very kind considering some of them were most definitely stupid questions). Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

He was ably backed by Dawn, who arranged and completed all the legal requirements to complete the letting within a couple of weeks.
