GoogleWe bought our home through Country Properties Ampthill and found the whole team to be very helpful and communicative from the beginning of the process. We were relocating to the area, and the team were very helpful in suggesting locations and properties that would suit our needs, keeping us in mind when new properties came to the market. Our main contact was Sasha who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right house, and that the process ran as smoothly as possible. GoogleSo nice to deal with from the beginning of our house buying journey till the very end (and what a journey it turned out to be!! (Stressful due to the sellers side) Sasha, at country properties Ampthill, was always front and centre with any queries or questions that needed attention. I feel personally she went over and above for us, making sure that things that needed sorting got sorted. I would happily refer any friends or family looking in the area directly to their branch. Great communication, professional service, with a friendly touch. Lastly, thanks again, Sasha and all the team at Country Properties estate agents Ampthill, for the housewarming gifts that we received on completion day. GoogleHaving first dealt with Country Properties as a letting agent for an extended period and then eventually as an estate agent I can comfortably say they are a joy to work with on both sides of the business. The Lettings have always been very easy to talk to and with any issues have been quick to act on meaning renting through them was a great experience As an estate agent then helped me through the whole process from start to finish, were always happy to answer any questions or make enquiries where needed Would recommend!

Sasha gave us some great advice during our purchase process and was always super responsive. Jake consulted with us on market price and there were able to get us our asking price. GoogleThe Ampthill team sold our house for which they did a great job. The sales brochure looked really good and the team were active in moving the purchase through the process. They kept us informed as it progressed. A speedy, in housing terms, trouble free sale within 9 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleWe would like to say a massive thank you to Country Properties in Baldock for their handling of the sale of our house. Matthew visited us and gave us great advice as to the likely selling price and he was spot on! He also took lots of great photos for our brochure. The property was listed on their 'forthcoming properties' website (great idea) and we immediately had three viewings. The third viewing submitted an offer which was accepted. The following day our property was listed on Rightmove - so technically it sold in minus one day! The sale involved very challenging timescales and there were a number of issues to solve before exchange of contracts. Irma worked tirelessly throughout liaising almost daily with three conveyancers and keeping us up to date on developments. The Team in Baldock including Michelle also worked hard to get the ball 'over the line'. We had exceptional service from Irma and her team and can highly recommend them.
