GoogleWe recently searched for a property in Baldock and worked with Christian at Country Properties. We were impressed by Christian's approach. He was not just enthusiastic but really knew each property inside out, which was a huge help. Alongside his extensive local knowledge, his punctuality and polite manner stood out. He answered all our questions clearly, making our property search much smoother and more informed. A very positive experience!

GoogleI’ve never been a fan of estate agents. In the past when I’ve used them they seem to provide a fairly cold service where you can’t help but think the only winner is them. When selling our rental property recently we initially tried Purple Bricks but they provided a terrible service, missing potential appointments and little communication. We then turned to Country Properties, Flitwick, and I must say, they have impressed me no end. They seem an established, friendly team with good local knowledge so were able to advise, guide and sometime prod us through to a successful completion, with a sale price that exceeded our expectations, rare in this current climate. Huge thanks to Duane and his team!
Thank you so much for your kind words Lucy, we're pleased to have had the opportunity to show you that not all agents are the same. It has been an absolute pleasure to assist in the sale of your property, no doubt we'll still see you around and about locally but will take this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! All the best, the Flitwick team.

The photos taken of our house were excellent and the entire process of selling and buying, both with country properties, went very smoothly. Sasha was great, and also available to answer any questions we had. Thank you!

GoogleI’m so happy that I chose to sell my property through Country Properties. They were very professional and efficient right from the start and when there were some problems with the selling chain they held everything together to ensure a successful outcome. They have an excellent team, especially Sasha who is a wonderful force of nature, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody looking to sell a property in Ampthill or the surrounding area.

GoogleTony worked tirelessly for us during our sale, he knew the market and priced our house accordingly culminating in our sale. He was always at the end of the phone to address any enquiries we had and helped us enormously throughout the process, which at times was very stressful. I cannot recommend Tony highly enough and would definitely use Country Properties again.

GoogleWe bought a property back in October and i have to say that the estate agents were the least stressful part of the whole process. They replied to my emails within hours (sometimes even minutes! - shoutout to Tracey), and every call answered. I truly found every person that I dealt with incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I 100% recommend the team at Biggleswade and I they will be my first choice when we decide to sell and buy again. Thanks!
