GoogleI have recently completed a house purchase with Country Properties and received excellent customer service. Christian showed me round the property. He was both friendly and knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions about changes that could be made to the property. Michelle was then my point of contact when I decided to purchase the property. Michelle is very personable and happy to help and on a number of occasions when I asked to see the property again, both Michelle and Christian were happy to oblige. Michelle also helped me out greatly when there were delays, providing reassurance to the vendor. Her recommendation of a conveyancing solicitor was also spot on. I would happily recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleHad awful experience with Sophie Wesley. Be aware while renting, she keep ignoring our emails and phone calls after our end of tenancy. We spent£500 on professional cleaning and sent her the certificate but she Caused us so much stressed, in the end DPS mentioned she was trying to do a "betterment". I had to liaise with her manager Irma Bucci to get any sort of reply. Awful and stressful experience... This is the reply for ur comment below : The property it self is very poorly isolated and we as a family living with a child, how could we not heat properly... As you say if u still have all the communication, please have a look at the email that i sent on 7th of Sep 2021, that's 1 week after we moved in, where i was mentionning about Chilopoda infestation... Its not tenant responsible to sort out stuctural issue with the buildings. Also our end of tenancy cleaning company had an aftercare option which we took and even sent emails to Sophie to contact them, SHE IGNORED. Finally, even with DPS she didn't reply on time and we had to go through a lawyer to get in touch with her.... You know how renting property is hard to find and unscrupulous people like Sophie Wesley support these horrible landloard and take our hard earned money to "betterment" the old broken property. Thank you for helping us to see the dark side
Dear Nirubiha, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to see you have not been happy with the service. The business is jointly owned by Irma and Sophie and we have records of email communications between Sophie and yourself as well as phone records with other staff members giving you updates. Unfortunately, the landlord was extremely disappointed with how you left the property and the check out report reflected this. Numerous areas of the property had deterioration due to mould and damp through a lack of heating and ventilation, as well as the garden being unkempt. These issues were highlighted to you during your routine property visits throughout the tenancy by the staff members conducting them. As Sophie could not reach an agreement between the landlord and you, it was put to the DPS for them to act in arbitration and allow the decision to become final from an impartial provider.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing customer service. Phil in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when purchasing my first home. I could ring the office at any time and knew the team at country properties would do everything they could to assist. The team listened to me and took the time to help with issues I was having with my solicitors and allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted. I Cannot fault Country properties and will recommend them to everyone.

GoogleThis is the second time Phil from Country Properties has been involved in the conveyancing of my property. Last time he acted for the vendor and this time for me as the selling agent. On both occasions, Phil has been the estate agent in the chain working tirelessly to keep the chain together and bring us to completion through difficult circumstances when solicitors have been slow to react and communication has been trying. Phil keeps in close contact so that you know what's happening up and down the chain. He also offers words of kindness and support when the going gets tough. House selling/buying can be such an emotional time. I can thoroughly recommend Phil and the team at Country Properties to use as an agent to sell your property and if you have a choice of agents when you're buying - definitely use them.

GoogleWhat can we say that other people haven't. We had seen a property we liked on with three different agents. We picked Country Properties for no particular reason, and we are so glad we did. We lost our first buyer and so the house we wanted went back on the market, Phil went above and beyond to help us, (we are moving in from outside the area) we managed to secure another buyer quickly and Phil has been there every step of the way during the somewhat awkward process of dealing with third parties.
