Our solicitors were very slow, and Simon was very proactive in moving the purchase forward. We first dealt with country properties for the purchase of this flat and then to rent it out. Sasha and the team kept pushing activities between the Solicitors always being professional, and courteous with a clear direction to keep up the momentum.
