GoogleCountry properties Ashwell and Baldock branch have been outstanding. Michelle and Irma have been very supportive and understanding in helping sell my house. I would definitely recommend these estate agents.

GoogleChristian showed us around a property in the Royston area yesterday. He was extremely professional, very helpful and honest that it wasn’t his usual patch. He had plenty of useful information and suggestions about the property but didn’t dominate, allowing us time to explore for ourselves. He was excellent in following up and offered to pursue any queries we might have. Very positive experience.

GoogleWe've been searching in Baldock for some time now and the team at Country Properties have been consistently helpful and professional. Their new team member Christian went out of his way on Thursday to show us a variety of properties, was up front in telling us what he did and didn't know (which we always really appreciate!) and followed up with extra information via email very quickly - a personable and helpful agent who I would definitely recommend!

GoogleCountry properties have been excellent throughout what turned out to be a tricky sale. The quality of photos for our listings were great and the accompanied viewing process went really smoothly. Irma went above and beyond to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange, despite strong pressure being exerted by some parties in the chain. We would definitely use Country Properties again as everything has been managed so professionally throughout. Thanks all, it’s been a pleasure working with you all.

GoogleRented a property in Hertfordshire for three years from Country Properties Hatfield. Great team who manage properties to a high standard. Repairs are dealt with very quickly once reported. Dawn Murphy, office manager, is always very friendly and helpful and she deals with matters very quickly. No issues vacating the property and our deposit was returned promptly. I would recommend them.

GoogleDawn Murphy has been dealing with the management of our rental flats and we are very pleased with the service she has provided. We have had a problem with one of our flats where the tenants had not paid the rent for 18 months. Dawn has dealt with the tenants professionally and efficiently and, once we finally gained access to the flat, she has been unstinting in her efforts to return the flat to a good condition. Using her many contacts she has had the flat cleared out, cleaned and decorated and new carpet laid. The garden has also been tidied and the plants cut back. Due to her efficiency all this was done within a week. She has worked long and hard to alleviate our problem. And throughout all this she has been good humoured and friendly and we are very grateful to her.

GoogleI sold my house through country properties and they have been amazing from start to finish. They took great photos, Jake moved things himself as I had a young baby. Their communication is excellent after every viewing and they are very open and honest. Sasha manages the sales and she does far more than her job. She kept our long chain together, being honest and helpful all the way along. When the solicitors needed a nudge, she helped with this. Last time I moved, I moaned about the estate agents and felt their fee was a rip off. Country properties deserve every penny they charge and would definitely use them again if I moved again.

GoogleAbsolutely Shocking Service especially from Sophie who calls herself a Director. Taking two holding deposits for the same property and getting her staff to lie about the landlord being on Holiday. She told me she sent me an email regarding the landlords decision but nothing again blaming Sharon this time and this was long after the 7 Days. Went to the ombudsman but showing they not a member. Letting Agents are poor these days, this one shocking. My advice don’t deal with these people especially if she’s called Sophie

GoogleWe had a great experience with Country Properties, listing our house in under a week and selling it on the first viewing. Unfortunately we had our buyer dropping off due to personal reasons but country properties was quick to put it back on the market and we were able to sell once again within a few viewings. Overall great experience as we didn’t have to show the property to many people and the photos were visibly better than other competitors. Thanks so much to Laura, Tracy and the rest of the team for helping move our chain along and communicating all updates frequently!

GoogleWe “popped” in on a Saturday at 10am in hope we could view a house at some point and was greeted with a smile by Laura .. to my surprise we was in the house and viewing by 11am, just an hour later! Prompt and reactive which is always a good sign! Laura has been brilliant and faultless throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion! Communication has been clear and concise, clearly an expert in her field as she shared her knowledge of the area regarding schools and education which was extremely useful and important to us, Laura works closely with our conveyancer and has given us timely updates along the way and put us at ease, always made herself available if we needed to visit the house for measurements etc and all in all just made the whole transaction as seamless as possible! 10/10 for Laura and Country Properties Biggleswade!

GoogleCountry Properties, are in my opinion, the best estate agents in Biggleswade and the surrounding area. They gave a honest opinion of value at the valuation process. Once instructed, they found a superb buyer very quickly. From offer to completion in approximately 10 weeks. The staff are professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I can't rate them highly enough. Selling or buying in the Biggleswade area, Country Properties are the ones to choose.
