GoogleI would 100% recommend Country Properties. They have been brilliant from start to finish with the sale of our house. Every person we have spoken to has been professional, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date clearly at all times regarding where we were up to. A really brilliant estate agency and I would recommend to anyone. Sasha in particular has regularly gone above and beyond what she had to do and has been brilliant.

GoogleIf you are debating which estate agency to put your property up with you should absolutely go with the Country Properties team in Ampthill. At every single touch point they made the entire experience as easy as possible. We had found our perfect home prior to putting our house on the market and the team made every effort to make our sale happen. I have to give Lynne a big shout out for all the effort she went to in getting our home sold in the time she did. Lynn called me after every viewing with feedback and without her, we absolutely wouldn't be sat in our new home. Sasha is such a delight to deal with - she made every aspect seem top priority and I was never made to feel that anything was too much trouble. She went absolutely above and beyond...even when it got to daily phone calls for the last few weeks of the sale! Sasha and Lynn & the whole Country Properties team - we cannot thank you enough.

GoogleTook my time to write a covering letter and application for a property, but turned out the property was already let and they had not bothered to remove it off the website. They did not even have the courtesy to reply to my application and let me know the property was already let and still to this day I have had no reply. The only reason I found out is because I called up anonymously asking about the property and was told it's already gone. After that call it was still up for a few days so I made another enquiry (not as myself) and that is when they finally bothered to take the property down. Find this really unprofessional and unkind to just ignore people and not even say thank you for your enquiry but unfortunately the property has already been let, apologies that the website was not up to date, etc. I took hours writing my covering letter and application and all that time had false hope that I potentially found the new home of my dreams only to find out they were just not proactive enough to take it off their own website or Rightmove and Zoopla. Really upsetting and not impressive at all. I am not sure the role of estate agents, but I always thought they were here to help you find a home, so I am just surprised they didn't email back any suggestions of other properties they have or put people on a shortlist of people that are searching for homes. I guess we are all just numbers these days because they probably have a million and one enquiries and no properties. Oh well.

They are excellent from start to finish, constantly providing updates and chasing the relevant parties to ensure a successful Sale of our property. Steph was our first port of contact and nothing was to much trouble answering our emails both in office hours and out of office. She was fantastic to deal with and always made sure we were updated. We also delt with Jamie and the rest of the team and they also provided us wit a fantastic service from sale to completion. GoogleWhat a fantastic experience. Simon & Ian were pivotal in making the sale of probate property smooth.. Being on hand to help with viewings, meter readings, security checks etc whilst i was 200miles away was brilliant. Very proactive nudging the slow solicitors and were always quick to reply to an email or a answer my phone query. Above and beyond the best agents i have ever used - completely recommend

GoogleWe viewed a property at the weekend with Christian . He was very helpful and professional. We had plenty of time to look at the property and he was able to answer our questions. Anything he didn’t know he went to the vendor to find out the answers coming back quickly to us.

GoogleWe were shown around a house by Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable about the potential ways to increase the value of the house. We viewed in our socks as Christian rightly pointed out the carpets are spotless. Altogether an excellent viewing.
